He would dislike it for the simple fact it consists on just enlarging other countries. His specialty is making new ones. He would be more likely a proponent to split it in pieces rather than have other nations take pieces of it.

Well also he would oppose it because, at least at the time, Poland and Czechia were not in NATO.

It's nice to see how Gunther's dislikes slowly evolve into heated one sided feuds and his mild intrests develope into passionate love.
I feel his obession with English being the Lingua franca once again stems from his love hate relationship with his people and his wacky world. He can't demand the world speak German because it's Le bad guy language and he deep down resents french. So instead he latches into English because
