This is pretty pathetic. It was established 50 years ago that if you want to do a shooting at UT Austin, you get into the bell tower with a gun if you really want to raise some hell. This guy clearly didn't do his homework.

This is sad, a young boy named Harrison Brown died after being the first stabbing victim.

Looks like the asswipe only targeted victims smaller and whiter than him. Kendrex (sp) White is now trying to set himself up for an insanity defense. This guy literally kicked a girl out of the way to get to a little white boy, so I would say that men with a lighter skin tone were obviously being targeted.
