Its sad that the only good online creator made show is smiling friends and the other workings of Zach and Michael to an extent. Cause other than miss_fatty_hazbin and troonworx. You've got stuff made by trannies, furry's, the insanely gay, all of the above, and then you've got catching up by ls mark and Rebecca kartzmark (who btw works or used to work for 9 story, is also making a pilot of her own (that has kovox as most indie shows do, and doobus goobus who has a thread on the farms), and also has a alt NSFW account that is just reposts of her character called beeker getting fucked, most made by other people on xitter.) Everyone and their mother is making a indie show these days to sell to streaming.

I’m 99% certain that Angel’s kidnapping and subsequent control by Pyrocynical and Friends will be the main storyline of S2: it definitely won’t be some small side quest thing.
Almost as certain as I am that whenever Vivienne wakes up in the morning and looks into her mirror, she gets super heated to find a woman staring back at her—instead of Angel Dust some scrawny gay man!

So I guess they’re just going to continuously repeat Angel Dust’s trauma (and ‘character development’ assuming: that the goofy duet with Husk was supposed to be the ‘development’) until the end of the series. These characters seem to only exist in either within a stage of traumatic-induced despair, or… nothing? They don’t mention it ever again (at least in Helluva Boss). Its all so.. strange.

I swear, if anyone in SpindleHorse’s creative team had the balls to actually make some interesting and mature content instead of always injecting Vivienne’s castrated Seth Rogan humor, I think both HH and HB would be 10x better then they are now, which isn’t saying much, but it would be something entertaining. They would be shows with actual decent writing and heartfelt moments instead of “fuck fuck, sex joke sex joke, gay ship, roll credits”.
