I'm a sucker for that, but it's still a sight better than all the "I can fix her" girls from RF4 or the pile of red flags that is Flabigail.

I decided to load up Stardew Valley with a bunch of mods that I thought would be useful on my second go, but the most based mods are not on great terms with SMAPI and Nexus. I'm not talking about Jas mods, I'm talking Best Friends Mod. Is it compatible with 1.6?
 
My wife got this game for us a few months back. Been playing it some and made it to Winter Year 1.

Wanted to jump into the convo on the A&N thread but decided not to shit up A&N further.

I'd ignore that one, as per usual some spergs can't appreciate something because of a few blemishes

Not to mention you can mod most of the ick things out if you care that much

Anyways, Ginger Island is a grindfest but surprisingly fun in spite of it

The game is only as gay as you allow it to be and Ginger Island RNG is the bane of my existence and I never feel bad about paying for the last few walnuts.

This thread and occasionally /v/ or /vrpg/ are the only interactions with the wider community I have since most of them play that cancerous Extended mod with the tranny shit. And the 4chan threads are still riddled with pedophiles.

I've been playing this again the past couple months after some videos started showing up in my youtube feed and I saw they added new things since I last played it years ago. I've kind of hit the point I did when I quit last time where I don't really know what else to do after a certain point. I married Haley and finished the Community Center by the start of the 2nd year, then spent the rest of the year getting everything automated with a mix of seasonal crops and ancient fruit in the greenhouse, a couple fish ponds, and one of each barn/coop with a mix of animals. Now I'm at the end of Summer Year 3 with 2 kids, I got the perfect score on Grandpa's evaluation, most of the island unlocked except maybe 20 more walnuts that I'm about to just pay to find, half of the island farm is ancient fruit and star fruit and I'm just spamming wines, truffle oil, and legend/lava eel roes to build up the 10 million for the gold clock. I also just unlocked Qi's room to get the extra quests and start working for perfection, but I don't know if I really want to keep going to finish it since I'm at like 51%. I guess I'll keep going with what I have but I don't think I'll get through another full year.

Speaking of Linus I just hit the point when he "adopts" Leo and is anyone else creeped out by that? I felt it gave off some major grooming vibes and I don't trust them being alone in a tent. I'm glad you can just stop interacting with the townspeople after a certain point because there's too much shit to do I'd rather not have to deal with suicidal drunks or PTSD guy in my farming game.

the only good thing trannychan ever did was that mod where SDV played like smash bros and the adventure mod giving buffs to your farmer so you can take almost everyone on the mines with you.
