Another thing, the articles themselves are actually like REALLY bare bones, like I'm pretty sure someone did the math and the entirety of wikipedia could fit in one library aisle which makes sense because the people who make the articles to hardly any research. No article on that site should ever be a "stub" for a prolonged period of time if they want to act professional and be viewed as a place where information is readily available.
 
So what are the odds that Antifa will show up at the funeral to disrupt it, or will they wait until the procession is over so they can have a keg party on his grave?

Chiming in from the L&E legal defense world. In house advised them to. Good on them! Remind people of the social media policies they signed when they were onboarded or if thecompany instituted one while your were employed (around 2010ish, when companies saw that social media can become a liability).

I look forward to seeing if any of these people who were fired file wrongful termination suits. That just opens them up for defense counsel to scour their entire life.

I have a question - Something I've seen repeated a lot is that Erika and Charlie's kids where there at the time of the assassination.
Specifically people saying things like "his kid ran towards him because they were afraid of the nose".
This was repeated in this thread many times as well...

But are we sure this is even accurate?

Because I remember when Erika did her speech she said she had to fly back there (or something like that) and when she came home she said that her child asked her something like "where's daddy" and she was talking about how she had to tell her child that daddy was now in heaven.

If this was the case then it doesn't seem likely that the child was actually there when it happened.

Saying the wife and kids were there is certainly good propaganda - it would make things much more horrific.
But is that what actually happened, because it sort of seems like it's not the case?

I'm not trying to downplay anything or whatever, I think it's just good to get the facts straight.

Does anyone know if his wife and kids were actually there? Or has this just been adopted as part of the narrative?

He has 2 daughters that are very young. It could be a few things one that the children are too young to understand what was going on or understanding what happened. 2 one of them saw it and the other did not. I don't have any confirmation it happened but those are possible explanations.

At this point them trying to shoot up the funeral is what everyone should be scared about, the shitlibs already shown they wanted blood by killing charile, what's stopping from commiting more acts of terror, this is why they need to have a private funeral imo + a proper security detail at every corner of the area where the procession is taking place, take no chances, protect the kirk family at all cost.

This is what we did and had to do. I'm guessing you're young, don't know anything about computers, at least not before your time and you don't seem to understand a majority of kids ran their own box 24/7 to seed. I also don't think you understand how little bandwidth compressed voice takes up. You also don't seem to understand that there was only a single computer in a household. There were no smartphones, tablets or other shit. If you were competent enough to run several computers in a network you could probably fix QoS. In those days you had to configure networks by hand. At a LAN 90% would be up and running in an hour (win 98 you needed to reboot to change some or all of the TCP/IP settings.

Like I said in the beginning you had to rent rackspace, install an OS and configure everything on there. Probably go out physically a few times a month because remote management was dogshit. Everything was dogshit.

A brief history:
Roger Wilco (1999)
Your OS was windows 98 with an uptime measured in hours rather than days. It was not uncommon to have a number of hard crashes during a single gaming session. Everyone not at a university or with rich parents had 56K dial up. The software was P2P. Most people in game would still use text even in matches. You would make your own communication scripts if the game supported then. Piracy existed on LANs and in newsgroups/FTP. Napster was released this year.

Ventrilo (2002)
Windows XP was released a year earlier but gamers might still be on windows 98 due to old computer or better performance. Ventrilo had a server client model and by then ADSL and cable internet was starting to percolate. Usually one guy at university would have a server in a closet. You can see the discussion in this thread.: bandwidth expensive, run it at home. Napster had just died. File sharing was DC++, Khazaa and the like. The bittorrent protocol was created the year before.

Here its gets a bit fuzzy for me. I starded using teamspeak2 during Battelfield 2's release (2005). By then both commercial game and voice server renting was commonly available - a bit expensive if not prohibitively so. Small groups hosted their own shit in the closet or locally. Big groups had a colocated server and plebs would pay per slot. ADSL and Cable internet was extremely common. Bittorrent reigned supreme. Now there were maybe two computers in a household. No pads no smartphones. Maybe someone had a PDA. Everyone's computer ran 24/7 to seed for bittorrent. Rich people might have a seed box. No problem either with bandwidth or CPU running the server executable and the game simulaneously. Maybe lose a few FPS and 10 ping

Yeah that's possible.

Personally my gut kind of tells me the likelihood of him bringing one of his young daughters to one these things is probably relatively low.
Like why would he, when they could just stay at home with mom.
But he did bring them around to appearances at other occasions (like the one on the TV set people keep posting where the daughter runs up to him, although thats a TV show, not a campus) so who knows, I guess.

There's no fucking chance that there isn't going to be security.
