Sadly even if these two were stupid retards, they did expose stuff that is very damning, especially with his family's golf tournament. Jirard wouldn't be hiding if he didn't have anything to hide.

Exactly. It's not like Jirard can just come of his hidey-hole and yell, "SEE? THESE TWO FAGGOTS CAN'T BE TRUSTED! THAT MEANS I AM UNCANCELLED!", when they did the footwork and presented lots of solid proof that Khalil and his family were sitting on hundreds of thousands of dollars for around a decade, claiming they were being fully transparent about where the money was going, and then trying to cover up the lies with more lies.
Unless the fat beardo has irrefutable proof that all that evidence was faked, then there's no point for him to try to make a comeback. Besides, he's probably too occupied with getting his wallet and anus wrecked by the IRS, and dealing with the internal drama within his family since at least his father and brother were heavily involved in this grift (if not the masterminds, using Jirard as a front man and patsy).

While I 100 percent agree with you, I never underestimate the stupidity of people in general who can only remember current thing. I could see his old fan base come crawling back out of the wood work and using current drama to excuse past drama. I’m a pessimist at heart.

Exactly. All he did was hem and haw for days, then finally post a video claiming to have "receipts" only to be just a bunch of nothingburger shit. Then he tried to deflect by dragging his dead mother into this with her autopsy report (bitch, no one asked for that shit), and then finally making empty threats to sic lawyers against Karl and Mutahar.
The recorded call between the three of them was the cherry on top of the shit sundae, because he can hear the nervousness in Beardo's voice and his evasiveness when trying to answer some questions. Even worse, Khalil KNEW in advance that Karl and Mutahar were going to expose him and yet he did not come clean beforehand or do anything to fix the issue about the donation discrepancies that HE ADMITTED he knew about at least a year prior to the call.
In short, if that fat fuck was really innocent, he would have had the IRS tax forms plastered all over the internet within HOURS. He really though that fake-ass Nice Guy (tm) façade was going to do all the work for him. I would love for the people that worked with him on The Completionist to spill the tea about what he's REALLY like when the cameras aren't on, but I suspect that after the Greg blow-out, he had all his staff sign NDAs.to not talk about him under threat of a lawsuit.

I've been rewatching the Greg era videos and I'm recognizing a lot of names of his college/high school friends as future employees. That's multiple 15-20 year relationships just gone.
Jirard really is a man who lost everything. His girlfriend left him. Super Beard Bros dropped him. His company shut down. All of his employees/friends are gone. His, now ex, fans hate his guts.
The only person he could have gone to to somewhat understand what he's going through is ProJared, but he can't even do that because he immediately threw Jared under bus during the Discord call. His five therapists are working overtime. And it wouldn't be surprising if that doubled to 10. Or if he was put on suicide watch.
But I really hope this isn't the last we see of Jirard. Pretending like nothing happened didn't work, so his next come back video has to be something different. And I am completely fascinated how a man who lost everything is going to try and claw his way back. I doubt it will work, but damn if it won't be entertaining.

It makes me smile when I realize that the people he threw under the bus like ProJared and JonTron are now thriving, but the one he went to bat for like Frosk (that ugly chick with the mossy teeth from the failed G4 reboot) pretty much noped out of the gaming/streaming biz.
Funny how despite him seal clapping for her when she dropped her "gamers are all ugly virgin chud rapists!" rant, I can't recall Ms. Cavity Creep doing a single thing to support her boy.
Even worse, Jirard could have prevented or at least mitigated this enough that a comeback could have worked. When Muta and Karl made him aware that they were looking into this, he should have immediately called his accountants and lawyers to get their ducks in a row to see how bad it really was, and what they could do to fix the situation. Going on record about KNOWING ALL THIS AT LEAST YEAR BEFORE in that call also fucked him into ass.
The best thing and simplest move would have been to get ahead of it before the Muta/Karl exposes dropped, donated as much money as he could, and made a video admitting his fucked up and is taking action to fix the issue. Instead he lied some more, made empty legal threats, and put up another dumb video where he tried his hardest to manipulate people by shedding alligator tears while snuggling a dog. Dude might as well have broke out a ukulele and sang a song about how it's all the fault of those fucking sick people the charity was supposed to help.

Edit: Not the worst apology/explanation vide I've seen. He seems less manic, more articulate, and even tosses his family under the bus a bit, in a way. He goes into greater detail about how his family's organization wanted the money to be used in a specific way instead of just dumping it and how despite his position in the org, he couldn't just strong arm it. He references documents showing where the money was used and apologizes to his former employees and viewers. He then goes on to address Karl and Muta; he's not mean or aggressive enough to do to them what I'd prefer, but does his best. I really don't care about Jirard, but the money got donated, he removed himself from his family's organization, admitted to lying about knowing where donations were going, and apologized, and the apology didn't sound fake or forced. I'll give him a B+. Hopefully he drops all his therapists and gets off the SSRIs.

Mentions being the youngest of 5 in a 1st generation household as if any of that fucking matters. "when I learned the truth, I made it my goal that no matter what happened the money had to be donated" and didn't donate shit.
Desperate situation after the videos calling out his bullshit aired because no one wanted to accept the donations now. Right...
Resigned after the initial donation($600k), kept money in the account for potential operating expenses or legal fees. Apparently this was $459k? This video is just him making an opportunistic attempt at a comeback after Jobst and Mutahar aren't in public favor. All the receipts he presented were just couple screenshots of self made spreadsheets (no actual filings presented) and a progress update report for the donation they were forced to make (we already knew the donation got made). Just "blah blah blah woe is me, also I admit I lied my ass off in 2023". I rate this comeback video a failure. Some fanboys will still probably soy about it.
