I have a little theory on this one too - I am not exactly ready for peer review shall we say, but it’s coming together - I think they kinda want the scars. Sure, they want the dick or whatever, but they’d be less happy without also having the scars too.
It sounds insane (but what part of this doesn’t?) however when you look at how bad a lot of the tit chop scars are it certainly adds weight to the idea. That procedure is a lot better developed and practiced due to things like breast cancer and there just doesn’t seem to be a reason to leave those train tracks running all over their torsos. i’m just over a month post op. the surgeon and center i chose were phenomenal, very communicative and on top of things… however my body is what’s getting to me.every time a complication starts to go away, something else comes up. first it was necrosis and splitting at the tip. the dead skin came off and the splitting is starting to close. cool.then it’s wound separation at the base that has yet to close. it’s fine, i can deal with it.now along the scar line of my phallus, a hole is opening.

I’m 6 weeks out, and again I have a neourethra, but it looks like the back is opening up to where the neourethra is and is just opening up completely. Am I doing this right? Should I take the white stuff out or is that like new skin trying to form? I recently had an SRS done about 6 months ago. It was a modified PI with urethral lining. I'm before my revision surgery (they do SRS in two parts there). I was really happy with the results until about 2-3 months in, when I noticed that my clit area has grown over. I believe I can still feel it under the skin and it is there, so it's not gone. But it's just not visible anymore and at this point I am worried if this is something that is fixable at a revision. I have already talked to my surgeon (not in person unfortunately) and was basically told to monitor the situation down there for 6 months so that they can decide on what to do next. I was told this may be due to a healing disorder - which is fair considering my body is quite weird about healing wounds.
For the record I am happy with what I've gotten in terms of outside aesthetics, sensitivity, depth, self-lubrication and self-cleaning and I've gotten into this surgery knowing that it is two part and that there might be complications. I just didn't expect that such a thing can even happen, I was mostly told to pay attention to my vaginal opening and look out for any dark patches of skin. I was not alarmed by this situation either, as the middle image in this post I've sent to my practice months ago and I was told everything appears to be fine. That just makes me think that it's not an uncommon occurrence and that this is something that is later altered during the revision?
Has anyone else have come across such a problem during their recovery process? I'd like to know the scope of my problem, what can be done and what I can do to prevent it from healing over again.

I have a disease called Charcot Marie tooth disease, which causes progressive nerve damage in my peripheral nerves(nerves in arms/legs).
