Mike, people on Donny's forum have threatened the lives and safety of lots of people, myself included, and have even threatened lawyers and cops.

As a strong supporter of law and order, I will side with whomever opposes this sort of terrorism.

And Mike, there is nothing illegal about discussing the public actions of people on a public fora, and that goes for me, you, and anyone else.

It is illegal to threaten lives, which this forum does not do, but as a cursory look at the lunatic forum shows, they are all too happy to do.

You are not harassed by this forum. It is within your power to leave it be entirely and never have to worry about anyone here sending you unsolicited emails and phone calls threatening those acts nor your safety.

I can't say the same for Donny and his fellow lunatics, who make a point of doing just that. I have a gigantic folder in my email that is filled with nothing but their threats against me, other people, and harassment I have repeatedly asked to cease. People I know have also received similar threats and unsolicited abuse from these lunatics despite their wishes for it to cease.

No, the individual posters are culpable. I don't know what world you live in where you think they cannot be charged with harassment and slander. Which could likely mitigate death threats, especially against someone with diminished responsibility. But I hope you go ahead. I will enjoy watching them all go up in flames.
