Literally every breadtuber is some smug pseudointellectual and half of them unironically use Wikipedia for their poorly formatted works cited page in the description of their videos. The other half don’t even bother doing in video citations which is essential and saves the viewer time if they choose to check your sources.
It’s very easy to tell when a breadtuber was just talking out their ass when writing the script because the articles and whatnot that they cite are very loosely based around whatever they said. This is in opposition to more direct references to the articles, books, etc like quotes or paraphrasing which indicates that you actually did the reading.

Half of the reason Think before You Sleep has an audience is because he actually reads the shit he puts in his videos and more than the title.

I used to be a Think Before You Sleep hater when I was a leftie BreadTube watcher because I thought he was a misogynist. Then I tried watching him again as a conservative, and I thought he was okay, even somewhat informative, but his videos were kind of boring and drawn out, like he could have made the points in 10 minutes instead of 30. Is his channel good now, or is it the same as before?

It's the same, not a ton has changed if you didn't like his content you'll not change your mind.
 
this is the saddest video essay i've ever seen, it's essentially 20 minutes of Jack Saint coping that he and Olson are real artists when they do drama videos and that they've made real art and not just boring youtube slop. The entire thesis is just revealing their own insecurity that for all their pretentions they have contributed nothing to culture and them trying to weasel their way out of having an actual opinion or actually revealing anything about themselves. Olson literally chimes in to the comments to assure Jack and himself that their insecurities are completely irrational and they do deserve to consider themselves real filmmakers because they did a video review on Cars 2 and the AVGN movie

Have any of them actually made any films, shorts or anything that wasn't a critic on someone else's work? I know critic work can be transformative but generally it's the realm of slop and most creators will use that audience built up to eventually try and show off their own work. It's reasons like that I have a lot more respect for people like Doug Walker and James Rolfe who actually made something that even if shit did something they actually wanted.

I grow tired of these midwits who act like they're the smartest person in the room but won't make content outside of their slop niche.

I feel like Breadtubers are all people who couldn't get into already struggling master's and doctoral programs within academia. All around pathetic when academia sees no use in scamming you...
 
So there's these Breadtube fans on TikTok who are trying to make their own "Alt-Left pipeline" so they can turn people into marxists somehow. It's amazing that they still believe that the "Alt-Right Pipeline" was ever a thing at any point when they kept changing the definition of who an Alt-righter was.

Oh I think OtterlyNoah is LONG overdue for his own special article. The guy started out with a niche that seemed pretty appealing, only to dissolve into another content farming bread tuber who can't go one post or video talking about Anti-Woke Grifters. I would probably be fine it with if it wasn't so one sided.

Like he defends ProZD when the guy bitched about voice acting being unauthentic, only to throw a hissy fit of how he feels type casted to only Asian roles. But noooooo, according to that otter, ProZD is based and did nothing wrong.
