Nick referred to Aaron by name and talked about Aaron’s jail sentence compared to his. According to Nick, the HROs are “faggotry.” So I guess he thinks that means he doesn’t have to obey the gag order.

If he is directly referring to his HRO and not HRO's in general, that could very well be a violation of the Gag Order.
Unless, in the mean time, he's gotten Barneswalker and the Judge Tvedten to agree that he can cry online as he wishes.

Maybe thats why he's giddy all of a sudden, maybe he got a real definition of what he can and can't say, so now he gets to play his favourite game of weasel wording ambiguity.
