The saying is true: Hurt people hurt people. I feel sorry for her being groomed and molested and whatever else as a child, no matter what the circumstances were or if she should or shouldn't have been online back then, nobody deserves that. That said, what she's done since then is disgusting behavior. People make their own choices after they're hurt. Some try to ignore it, others can't take it, and some still decide to become the one who hurts others. Looks like she chose the last option. Being a pedophile so openly and brazenly like this is disgraceful and it sickens me that people can build an audience after admitting to being into toddlercon while simultaneously having worked as a teacher. There's this shit called "Adlerian psychology," founded by an Austrian man named Alfred Adler, which is in some ways the opposite of Freudian psychology: People aren't pieces of shit because they were bullied or groomed or abused or have some sort of fucked up subconscious repressed sexual mental trauma... no.
People actually
look up to their traumatic experiences as an excuse to be pieces of shit. Yeah, she shouldn't have been groomed. Nobody should, ever. But if it wasn't that event, she would've tried to look up into her past for an excuse to be a shitty and disgusting person. "Oh, I have autism! Oh, I was bullied in school! Oh, my parents were abusive assholes!"
Proof of this is the millions, perhaps
billions of people across all of human history who had really fucked up lives beyond what we can imagine: Victims of child rape and exploitation, abuse, torture, severe bullying, outright murder attempts, fucked up physical and mental illnesses, hellish congenital defects... and who despite their unfortunate circumstances managed to be decent people, who lived fulfilling lives, who managed to regain and uphold their pride and dignity, who became not only baseline decent, but exemplary human beings, who do not excuse disgusting behavior behind past traumas.
Yes. People have the right to be sad and complain about their shitty lives the same way people have the right to be happy about their comfortable lives...but that's not a permit to be a fucking disgusting piece of shit.
