Nigger, the whole point is that I've done that what must be nearly a dozen times already thru out the 15 years the game has been out. A mod that lets you persuade him not only makes more sense from a gameplay perspective since it rewards pacifist players, but it also shows player growth, as you basically force him to sign his own annexation papers AND have him send Securitrons to the dam out of his own free will when the last few ambassadors couldn't even get him to meet, let alone agree to their terms. It's basically a feat similar to talking down Lanius, a man who tells you he fills roads in his territory with others who tried to do the same.

From the looks of it, the stream is just going to be garbage announcements for Fallout 76, TV Show and basically just shit nobody cares out. Just a reminder of why this franchise is dead, just like with any new Pokemon stream, in both cases there is nothing to get excited about unless you're the same dent that's their target audience now. It's not like the franchise got it's start by convincing someone with a strong set of beliefs that they were wrong and were able to get thru the entire game without killing their antagonist and merely having a philosophical conversation with them

It's possible but mod makers will often make mods based off the newest version, unofficial patch included. Script extender too. Creates a problem with keeping track of versions and compatibility. Plus some mods will update but their dependencies will not, rendering updated or not updated game version unusable without one or the other

Fantastic's dialog reveals that he tricked the NCR into thinking he has a university degree, which implies the NCR brought back the universities, so they're out. The only viable options are House and Caesar, and Caesar's questline is woefully incomplete.
