The thing I see a lot of people misunderstand about Luigi is you don't have to agree with him to see his point and why people cheered him on. Furthermore people really don't wanna talk about the fact that at its core vigilantism like what he did is not a problem, but a SYMPTOM of the problem.
Vigilantism happens when social cohesion is broken, when the system cannot enforce the social law so other means have to be found. People argue about if Luigi was right but here is the thing: what were his opitions to put the fear of God on the healthcare industry outside literally noscoping the CEO? A lawsuit? Would go nowhere. Lobbying? Would go nowhere + would never be able to come even close to the money needed to make a dent. Directly speaking to people? Nothing. Talking to the CEO? He would call security and nothing would happen.
