Sorry for the double post but I was casually browsing the federal court filing system, as one tends to do, and I saw that Ariel Kornienko just accepted a plea deal, pleading guilty to a charge of distributing animal crush videos from 10/25/23 through 6/7/24. As part of the guilty plea, the government agreed that they won't bring any additional charges in the Eastern District of Lousiana arising from this charge (during that same time period), as long as she has fully disclosed the details of the crimes to the federal government prior to this guilty plea.

She is still currently facing up to 7 years imprisonment and/or a fine of $250k and potentially 3 years of supervised release, subject to the court's discretion. Sentencing is currently set for 2/3/26. What it sounds like to me is that the government was considering hitting her with additional charges, possibly some sort of conspiracy charge, and she agreed to pass some names along in hopes that cooperation will get her to the lower end of the sentencing range. I'm not sure. The full terms of the deal are in a sealed exhibit. But I wouldn't be surprised if we see some additional arrests in the coming months.

The "factual basis" document details the content of the videos she posted to Telegram. Very unsurprisingly there is a big focus on genitalia. It pains me to type this shit out but people should know the extent of her depravity and the disgusting garbage she got off from. Video descriptions under spoiler.

  1. An individual utilizes a pair of pliers to squeeze the penis and scrotum of a live monkey. The monkey was then repeatedly slammed to the ground while holding the monkey by the penis with the pliers.
  2. A screwdriver or similar instrument is heated over an open flame and used to burn the anus of the monkey multiple times in the video.
  3. A hot pepper paste is applied to a toothbrush and rubbed into the monkey's mouth then
    penis.
  4. An individual tied a monkey to a cage and then held a screwdriver or similar instrument
    into a fire heating up the metal. The hot screwdriver is applied to the restrained
    monkey's stomach and scrotum multiple times.
  5. A restrained monkey is rubbed with sandpaper on his stomach until blood appears. The sandpaper is applied to and rubbed over the monkey's genitals until it defecates.
  6. A monkey is suspended upside down in the air by his scrotum. A monkey is nailed to a tree by their ear and hands and then the arm is lit on fire.
  7. A monkey is tied to a cage by his arms and legs exposing his penis. An individual
    utilizes pliers and repeatedly tries to pull the monkey's penis off and eventually the
    monkey's skin is torn in and around his genitals. An accelerant is applied to the monkey, and he is then lit on fire.
  8. A toothbrush handle is inserted into the monkey's anus while its legs are tied behind
    its head. The toothbrush handle is shoved down the monkey's throat until the monkey
    appears to die.
  9. A monkey is nailed to a board by his hands and feet. Ice is applied to his stomach and
    penis for an extended period. A lit cigarette is shoved into the monkey's mouth to inflict
    pain. A hot iron is applied to the monkey's penis leaving a visible burn. The monkey's
    eyes are then burned with the iron. The monkey died drowning in a bucket of ice water.
  10. Graphic abuse of multiple monkeys. A monkey has a screwdriver inserted into his or her anus. A monkey has his or her anus lit on fire.

Rest in peace to all of these sweet, innocent babies who suffered tremendously for the entertainment of this filthy, low IQ raggedy bitch and her degenerate pedophile co-conspirators.

Imagine being on the jury for a jury trial on a case involving monkey torture/CP. I mean, I'd like to confirm the material evidence before sending a man to the gallows, lest I let a man hang based on just the state's word for it. Absolutely fucked position to be in. Thankfully (for potential jurors at least), most of these cases never get to trial. The state really ought to award you a drug of choice for compensation for cases like this.

I think for them, the thrill comes from having something that’s biologically the closest thing to a human man they can completely dominate. It reminds me of the book Ghost Boy, the autobiography of a man who was paralyzed and unable to communicate but still fully aware. On that note, major thanks to the FBI for taking this as seriously as it deserves and having Lynn Seymour face twelve years. If she gets something close to that, it might make future perverts thinks twice. We’ve already seen that serious consequences make a difference with these people. Which, as they know, carries a penalty that is arguably worse than death if you’re ever caught with it.

Yah there's a reason not a single one of these cases has gone to trial, and I have a feeling it's not because the defendants have any mercy for the jurors. The sheer concept of "baby monkey torture" shocks the conscience so bad that it's the type of thing a defense attorney wouldn't want anywhere near a jury. The issue here is that it is material evidence, literally the subject of the entire case, so it would have to be shown to a jury. And a "jury of your peers" means a reasonable person standard, not a degenerate zoosadist tweaker gas station grandma with a hurtcore fetish standard.

I don't even know what the defense could ask at voir dire to weed out juror bias lol. "Do you think the victim of a rape and murder is ever responsible for what happens to them? Well, what if I told you that she was considered a pest and a nuisance in her country and was scantily clad in a diaper? Would that change your opinion?"
 
Disappointed Ariel Kornienko is only facing distribution charges. She’s done far more than just distribute content. Once she’s released, it’ll fall on us to ensure her victims get the justice they deserve by making sure the memory of what she did to them never fades. Maybe we should give the victims names. That’s what those fighting the cat zoosadists do, and it really helps personalize the victims.

Hey, I usually avoid this thread, more for my own sanity than anything else, so I may be missing something obvious here, but I was not able to find any information through a thread search.

Over on the African American Appreciation thread, somebody posted a link to a FB video which I'm pretty sure is monkeyfucker content. It's an almost ten minute clip of what I guess is a baby monkey walking around, screaming and grabbing his own dick.

The channel name is "Monkey Daily TV", and video has the bizarre title, "Extremely Screaming New Abandoned Trump Tail Monkey Rusty Walking So Lonely In Sovana Troop". Many of the comments are about taking the monkey's clothes off, which I guess might be people genuinely concerned about the monkey's welfare, but which seems really sus to me.
