I assume, and it is just an assumption, that he is trying to get to some sort of "guilty plea" equivalent where he "agrees" to "quit" being a lawyer instead of the total humiliation of what amounts to court action to wipe him out and get rid of him from the list of lawyers.

  • Instantly lashed out at the Minnesota Bar Association over his licence restrictions, insisting he’s merely “behind” on his CLE requirements. Claims he has a response to the committee sitting in his “drafts,” while joking about “swindling his many clients.” Admits that one of his official replies to a question was simply “lol no,” which he accidentally submitted instead of the real response he meant to write. He now has to apologize and make a fully reasoned reply.
  • Jumps onto the usual Cooking With Kurt segment, its about cooking a steak in a toaster, makes a swipe about Kurt using ChatGPT (ironic).
  • The chat log is slower than a snail, one comment every two minutes.
  • Jumps off the Cooking segment.
  • Nick once again makes commentary about his cool dude sunglasses.
  • Blames "someone from hell" for scheduling a Soccer game for his son over Halloween then visited Mall of America in Bloomington so apparently that is why he couldn't stream for an entire weekend.
  • Makes further excuses, promising yet again to stream more consistently.
  • Claims to have "eyes on a really nice portable computer to replace his entire setup, but its really "spendy" (poorfag indicator alert)
  • Says this is so he can stream "from his bedroom" (gross, no thanks) then bring it down to the basement.
  • Someone makes a Wish you a Million Dollars joke, Nick converts this into a SuperTips ad read.
  • Claims to be trying to figure out how to include "Rumble Exclusives for members", but all his contacts from Rumble have left the company. Calls it an "interesting development" in a conspiratorial tone.
  • A commenter asks to see his pedicure. Nick half-comments on the infamous toenail paint video. Jokes that people "called him gay", replying "yeah, I know!". This is all he says on it.
  • Some loser in the chat called "@AEinsteinUnivers" is spamming weird shit
  • Nick claims being a lawyer "doesn't make money" and that you need to do it for "something you personally care about" and that you need to use your lawyer "status" to "make a change".
  • Nick says his "career in law is mostly over" for now. Claims "he helped people".
  • Nick continues to give unsolicited advice on the path through law education. Giving an outline of how to succeed (ironic).
  • Nick claims his LSAT score was "pretty good" and got a significant scholarship because of it.
  • More education advice, target the admissions department, foot in the door, remember your name, etc.
  • Nick thought in college he was going to "write movies". His GPA is average. Admits to being lazy.
  • He finally gets onto the Cooking segment, I have lost interest.

With Nick’s style of „wishing a million dollars” to people he hates, calling guys that disgruntled him „a funny guy”, describing his obnoxious deviant escapades as „weird and funny”, I’m worried what a „favorite daughter” really means.

MSBA is not the MN state bar. It's a voluntary organization that has no role in whether someone is authorized to practice or not. Not sure it's you or he referencing that association (he has done it before, which is inexcusable), but either way, it is wrong.

If I am being completely honest, he took Ron a little too far. Not to Kurt levels, mind you, but those cuck claims absolutely did not age well.

Ron still sucks in my book, but there was very little evidence he's an actual cuck. Nick just desperately wanted him to be one.

All of that leads to the inevitable hindsight-informed question: Was he projecting about that at the time? 🤔

I have said it before, but Ron could have a lot of fun right now over Nick's predicament, but I don't think he's really "Internet people." Unlike Nick, he has a successful offline day job. He's a senior loan officer at a mortgage company.

This thing with Kurt kinda reeks of him trying to entice Kurt into being Nick's own version of Maddox. You know how much Nick worships Juju, and cribs from his playbook. Except Kurt is acting less like Maddox, and more like Eric July. So, Nick is just spinning his wheels. Good. Let him spin into oblivion.
