I feel Talk To Staff is a bit too stuffy for some people feeling comfortable asking small or simple questions to moderators, and I also believe there could be some more levity between staff and users.

Try to avoid using this to interrogate about moderation decisions, like "Why was I banned?" since that's something that genuinely should be handled in Talk To Staff. Threads posted there will be treated with more urgency and seriousness. Generally.

Use this thread to ask us questions, serious or not, and we'll answer them accordingly to whimsy.

That would almost certainly go under Multimedia. It's an off-topic board so there aren't any big rules on posting there, you could do as little as start a thread with the name of the show and be like "has anyone seen this?" The more detail you put in the OP the better engagement you might get, and including some clips would probably be good (you can include youtube clips using the "media" button on the text editor and then paste in the url, although I don't use mobile so I don't know if it's different). But yeah, you're probably not about to get banned for whatever you do since, again, its off-topic. You probably shouldn't overthink it, it's a show from the 60s so maybe no one will respond no matter what you do, just get something out there.

No posts are excluded from regular moderation, but it depends on the subforum. For instance, Q&A threads seldom have any action taken against them when other subforums would ban you for doing the same thing.

I couldn't open your link, but if it's a gif you can upload it like any other image. Just drag the file into the text window and it'll upload and be inserted, and now that it autothumbnails you don't even have to worry about Null yelling at you.
