They can't chill. Many of them can't. They've drank and became one with the doomerism. A.I. to them is no different than Unit 731, the Holocaust, and every genocide that has happened since the dawn of time... combined. I've never seen people so hysterical over this. You can say their fears have reason to it but they way they execute it has such high doses of autism in it that I cannot take it seriously and all I can do is chuckle in the background and watch the fire ensue.

It's funny how their consistent hatred for A.I. made a lot of people wake up in realizing that the art community is probably a no-go zone. Why be in a community full of people that treat something like it's the new Voldemort? Who'd unironically call you a fascist for laughing at an AI meme or even being slightly tolerable of it? It'd be unbearable to be around such people.

People are seething NUCLEAR levels by Coca-Cola's new AI ad.
On one hand, I can understand, as this ad is pretty dull. It's pretty obvious AI did the heavy lifting here, given that each scene doesn't last more than 5 seconds. Very disappointing, but alas those are the limits of generated videos (:_(
But on the other hand, I really couldn't give a fuck. I don't like drinking soda, and non-superbowl commercials as a whole have fallen off since the Grubhub ad. It shouldn't be surprising in the slightest that corpos took the easy way out.

As much this ad is causing uproar, does it actually hurt their brand as say, the woke Jaguar marketing campaign? The fact that they released a sequel makes me think that using AI isnt nearly as damaging to the brand than most people think.

Well for one, unlike the Jaguar ad, the Coca-Cola ad is still trying to sell you Coca-Cola.

EVERY SINGLE ARTIST WHO WHINES ABOUT AI IS SHIT AT ART, THEY SPEND WEEKS DOING MOST BASIC INFLATION FETISH COMMISSION.
Who wants to deal with talentless overpriced narcissistic fuck who neverdelivers on time, when you can just ask AI to draw it for you.

you have to support human artists. you have a moral imperative to provide them a full time wage, or else they won't be able to make their art and improve the world or something.
