What a complete asshole. The person reading and responding to those e-mails has no say in the matter. Just some person making $12 an hour doing customer service.

Also the reason companies like that don't allow nudity has nothing to do with being prude. It has to do with the law. When you're hosting, printing out nude photos, or physically distributing them, you have to be sure the individual is 18 years or older. If the person is not, you can get in a boatload of legal trouble for this (not to mention the PR disaster). It's just not worth it for the company to take on that kind of liability and expense of storing the records for such a minuscule part of their business.
