Food You're Not Really Sure Anyone Even Buys

I once saw fruity pebbles flavored "syrup" ( for non Americans they sell corn syrup here but just label it as syrup and it is as gross as it sounds).
Pretty sure Europeans have fruit-flavored syrups (strawberry, etc.) for breakfast. Also, corn syrup (sugars derived from corn) and HFCS (corn starches converted to fructose) aren't the same thing. In fact, one of the first things I pulled up is a strawberry-flavored syrup from the UK, and the first ingredient is glucose-fructose syrup, aka high-fructose corn syrup.

I have no idea who would eat this, or what it even is.

These fucking minigun things and such. That must be a resin dummy. Or maybe I am just not the right class for that, or how you call it, tax bracket.

Dragon fruit. What in the good goddam, it's easily the most unpleasant...thing I've come across that's supposedly good to eat.
I actually really like dragonfruit. Mildly sweet with a texture reminiscent of Asian pear and a flavor that's somewhere between that and cucumber that comes in its own disposable bowl. What's not to like?

The ones that are pink on the outside are rather insipid. The yellow ones are sweeter, but sometimes have a laxative effect. It's a bit of a crapshoot.

I probably have not eaten enough of the pink one to get sick. Don't even feel like eating half of one of them, but a single whole yellow one can be dangerous if you get the right one.

This sort of packaging is also used for pureed cat food. Imagining a parent accidentally feeding their baby cat food because it was stored right by the baby food in the fridge. Sorry, Mister Whiskers. Little Timmy gets the Tastefuls for dinner tonight.

Spray cheese, marshmallow fluff, spam But I know spam is popular in Hawaii since they're fond of ham
i fucking love fluff, fluffernutters are so good. i think its a regional thing no clue why europeans put it in the international isle

Zucchini is like this to me. It's the kind of thing neighbors grow in their garden and sneak around before dawn putting on their neighbors' porches because it grows like a weed and even a couple plants give you more than any reasonable person wants.

They taste like absolute nothing on top of that. Yet every grocery store has them.

They’re great to grow, but a few plants produce too much for one family.

Courgette/zucchini has an interesting texture and goes well in pasta dishes, stir fries or curries. You can also make low carb noodles out of it if that’s your thing.

I once got some courgette I had to make, it was quite good when I sliced it, put some spices on and baked it in layers with tomatoes, minced meat and cheese on the top (I can't be bothered with anything more complicated), but I guess it wasn't the courgette that made it good.

For the last few years I've seen chicken paws in the meat section. How do you even prepare and eat a chicken's foot?
Youd be surprised to hear but chickens are currently more mass produced for the feet than the rest of the bird. When you get a rotisserie chicken from Costco youre basically eating Chink leftovers

It's kinda popular in my country among rural people... People make soup with them. I find them absolutely disgusting and it's one of the few dishes i just refuse to eat.

We buy those at home, boil and feed to the dogs as a treat sometimes
