That's friggen creepy.
The fact that it's decently drawn makes it even creepier. Someone took time to make this. Why? It's not like this is something a perverted 13 year old crapped out, no, someone actually took effort to draw out whatever the hell is going on in that picture. I think it's some Pokemon character wearing a skin suit. (I wish I could stop referencing The Silence of The Lambs, but it's so damn appropriate for a ton of the fucked up shit in this thread.) As to the artist's motive for drawing this? I'm guessing mass debating.

Anyone ever visited Rafe15's gallery of horrors? He seems to have a weirdly specific fetish involving cartoon rodents in bondage turning into baloney sandwiches... I think. He has very long, incomprehensible stories accompanying them, but like most DA types they don't really make any sense.
