I’ve been hearing more about the issues with so-called “dissolvable” fillers which it turns out, surprise!, don’t actually dissolve but just migrate to other parts of the body and fuck them up, particularly the lymphatic system. A lot of middle aged and young women have been getting these “tweakments” in the last few years while being sold the idea that these were temporary, reversible procedures they could either walk away from or need to get “topped off” every couple of months. And now, whoops, turns out that wasn’t true at all, and you have to inject something else to dissolve all that shit, but it also targets the same stuff that naturally occurs in your body, so that’s no good either. And these are fairly minor cosmetic procedures that were marketed as low risk and reversible that turned out to come with complications and permanence. (Stephenie Lange on YouTube covers this subject a lot). And I can only imagine what the unknowns of SRS are going to be, I know a poster somewhere in this thread went hunting for long term studies, but couldn’t find much beyond 7 to 8 years, and that’s insane to me. Where is the data, what is going on long term with these MAJOR surgeries in complicated areas of the body? Honestly, thanks to magicpickle, this thread probably is one of the few places keeping tabs on all this shit and trying to record long term issues

So here is my big write up post surgery. I'm still tire easily and a lot of this post is gonna be jumbled so forgive me.

Woke up from surgery and it was a rough week, I have little to no memory of a lot of it minus what I wrote down. Will say I felt so much relief, though cried a lot while recovering. All I know is I had a meme in mind post surgery just to tell my GF: "No Zaku, Girl. No Zaku."

I spent a week medicated in hospital, before leaving got to see my girl finally. Packing was left in spent another week in the hotel room. Once I got my 2 week appointment was shown how to dilate and allowed to return home.

I have depth, I had to dilate 4 times a day tell my visit at 30 days, now down to 3 times a day still limited on physical activity but cleared to drive. I went with Dr. Hanna, he and his staff have been amazing and helpful. I absolutely recommend them. The surgery was pretty quick took like 2 hours, I just remember them giving me the IV and meds through that, walls went wavy and came to fully in the room. The procedure for me to have functional depth took quite a bit of a graft off my belly, Yes I have a majority of Hello Kitty and pink inside my canal. The hard part was I had to gain 40lbs in a short time to have decent results. Was also told to remove as much hair as I could, the hair on the scrotum would not be able to be scraped but my graft would.

Some questions answers to questions from from my last post: No I didn't have to have orchi beforehand, was preformed while I was getting everything built, glad they are gone. If I wanted to convert to a non preserving I could but I don't have an interest to. I can obtain erections still, not recommended yet but my body is gonna do what its gonna do. (not asked but no I didn't loose any size from surgery) When I am healed and cleared for sexual activity intend to use both.

I am 100% happy with the results, they align with that I've wanted for a long time and it was worth it to me. For those looking to get it, it takes a lot of work with insurance and planning. It will take time for it to be healed up and be better cosmetically.

I should be able to answer any questions now fully being lucid and having the energy to respond.

It fucks me up every time I notice where the actual amhole is supposed to be. Do not get fillers. They migrate, they look weird, and yes, to dissolve them means dissolving the natural matrix scaffolding too. Also do not get non medical Botox; it paralyses muscles and you need those muscles to be toned. Once it’s worn off the muscles will be less in shape.
My autocorrect wants to change fillers to fillets, which brings me nicely to the fish skin tilapia version. These were developed for women who have not correctly developed a vagina, eg those with disorders like MRKH2 where the top part of the vagina or even all of it hasn’t developed correctly (MRKH2 patients are completely female.) of course troons coopted it, but tilapia skin is useful for reconstruction work

Trans woman stalked top surgeon who carried out gender reassignment operation

The surgeon in question is Tina Rashid whose name has come up a few times in this thread.

Prosecutor Jonathan Bryan told the court that Taylor’s obsession with Ms Rashid was first revealed in 2021 when she was going through gender reassignment procedures.
“She had organised a cake, to say thank you to the surgeon, and at that point it was noticed that she had a large number of photographs of the surgeon on her phone”, he said.
The court heard Taylor was discharged from the hospital, but later was readmitted with “complications”.

It's a little more complex than thinking about it as a straight tissue harvesting. The technical term for it is acellular dermis, and the tissue it can be made from can be pig, cow, horse, or human. The skin is processed to where the cells are removed and it basically leaves this stretchy collagen stuff that can be used for grafts, to the best of my understanding (I'm not a medifag). A traditional skin graft made from donor skin would just be more or less a 1:1 transfer, and I'm unaware of this occuring, thankfully.

It's all pretty ghoulish, but the thought that a troon's negovagina might be constructed from what was once male pigskin makes it slightly more tolerable.
