Here's the differences between Trump and lolicon discord trannies:
The first one: If a discord tranny is grooming a child on Discord, then there's a written log of that encounter you can point at. A single written log is more evidence than the 10 million bits of circumstantial evidence we have against Trump.
The second one: you can "cancel" a discord tranny, maybe even get them arrested if the evidence is strong enough. But in most cases, the evidence is not strong enough to get them arrested. IIRC, Destiny openly admitted to having underage nudes in his possession but he's not been arrested. The bar for "making fun of on the internet" is much lower than "arrested," is much lower than the bar for arresting the president.
There's also a false dilemma here with the presumption that there's hard evidence filed away somewhere: Either the files exist and Trump is innocent, in which case he should release them to prove his innocence, or the files exist and he's guilty, in which case he would behave pretty much exactly as he's behaving now. There's also a third option, that the files don't exist. Maybe Epstein had good opsec (and I'd think he'd have to, to get away with it for so long). Maybe the files existed at one point, but some other person who was incriminated by them got rid of them. Maybe Netanyahu is on the list and the person who found the evidence was a Jew who immediately destroyed it, or maybe it was filed away and a later Jew came across it and destroyed it. Or maybe Clinton was on it, and a democrat destroyed it. Or maybe the government is incompetent (it is) and they just lost all the evidence via pure stupidity. Trump's behavior with the files also matches a scenario where they simply don't exist.
It's obvious that Trump was friends with Epstein, and it's almost certain that he knew what was going on, but it's not definitive. Maybe Trump just didn't realize what was happening: after all, he is a retard. But even if we call these emails hard evidence that he knew what was happening, that's still not enough to do anything with: I know my friend is an alcoholic, and I know he drives drunk on occasion, but that doesn't mean I'm a drunk driver.
I personally think that Trump did some diddling, but there's just not any hard evidence for it and the people who released the emails are doing weird shit like censoring the name of a dead girl, presumably to obscure the fact that that same dead girl said Trump didn't do nuffin. It's not like people can't treat him the way we do the tranny pedos, just look at literally any social media on the internet or basically any televised political show that isn't on Fox.

I think he did know, and I think everyone thinks he knew, but there's not hard evidence that the photo he drew was meant to be underage as opposed to "young" so it's not really evidence that he knew. Again, even if we consider the drawing and the emails hard evidence that he knew for sure (and I think he did), it doesn't mean Trump partook in it, at least not from a "is this enough evidence to arrest" position. It might be enough to get a search warrant, but if Trump personally ever had any evidence he's surely gotten rid of it by now so it still doesn't really matter, and the optics of executing a search warrant on the POTUS and coming up empty handed are pretty bad.
