That's why he does that faggy laugh every time he e-begs and tells people to take out their wallets and just give him money. It's a joke if they do, but if they don't then it's an hour of berating them for not giving money. Basically, he's a coward and can't own his own words. It's the fat middle aged loser version of the kid at the playground who had an energy field that negated every attack, so you can't call him out because he laughs every time he demands people to give money, because he was joking. People crucified that Twitch girl who went "FIVE DOLLARS!" but at least she didn't go "tee hee jkjk guys but seriously" like a sissy bitch the way Phil does.
