Obviously there is no romance or intimacy in arranged marriages so in the husband's perspective it's to ultimately end the family nagging while for the wife it's for security.
For the men you will be shocked as to how many expect that they can treat their wives like a hooker or just be absentee fathers within the household, and in these cousin marriages many are discouraged to do so.
BUT he can always have a 2nd wife to make his dreams come true which is why many times you will see their 1st wife to be their cousins while the 2nd wife is someone he found on a "business" trip, and the 2nd wives are generally treated better and more spoilt as in the husband's perspective it is his "true love".
And for the women obviously they don't want to be treated like hookers and just want stability even if the husband just eat, sleep, shits and fucks all day with barely any freedom and she will still be happy.
I have seen women that genuinely put effort into finding a good muslim partner but ultimately they are degenerates.
Obviously there are horrible wives and mothers in these families as many of them are likely to never take the marriage seriously and expects to be treated like a princess.
