Part of me feels bad for his parents. The other part of me can't help but think some of this is their fault. It seems like the kid was doing outrageous shit that made their life hell all the time, and they never really stepped in or held him accountable. They let him drop out of school, they let him piss off the whole country with incendiary public statements, and it seems like they never bothered to intervene in any meaningful sense.

IDK if there was anything that could be done about his pedophilia though. It seems like pedophiles have fucked up brains on a neurological level.

the thing is, its a problem with not just his parents but alot of parents

people who cannot accept or take accountability of their own mistakes, tend to also reflect it on their kids.

- Chris-chan's parents blame society, and never make him take accountability
- Tophiachu's mom never make Tophiachu take accountability of her actions
- NovaOnline's mom never make NovaOnline that accountability of his actions
- Andrew Ditch's parents for the LONGEST times keep enabling him, and NEVER actually banning him from their home despite numerous times he made their lives a living hell


its just that Amos like all those people above, have parents who feel that acknowledging their kid is the problem, is somehow a reflection of them and their entire life.
and hence why they will go extremely defensive or ignore it as if nothing's wrong at all.


Amos is just lucky he didnt have asian parents who actually do asian parenting.
i.e. discipline from beatings

Don't be. His dad has stayed silent so he's at best incompetent in bringing up his son or at worst outright negligent and retarded. He has, however, been seen at Amos's court hearings, so make of that what you will.
His mom, however, is a full fucking bona fide retard. She has openly apologized to Amos when he went to the US "for urging [him] to be a law-abiding citizen. The laws are doing [him] more harm than good now", allowed him to post online that he doesn't love her and only responded that while she's upset she's okay with it because they're very different people (and bonus: denies her own culpability in her son's shittery), was exposed as a fucking doormat to her son, and her response to Amos ex-supporter-that-backpedaled Melissa Chen is, while fucking amusing, still attempts to prop up a pedophile as a free speech icon. She says she disagrees with his pro-pedophilia stance, but still acts as Mommy Dearest to a son that doesn't even love her when most Asian parents would've disowned him the first moment he turned out to be a dumbass.

So yeah, don't be. Most people ran out of pity for his supporters and in particular his mom long ago.

Deport him into a volcano please. Where's that ICE shooter guy? In an ideal world both of his victims were Amos Yee. Nobody on the planet would have shed a single tear if this nonce gets shot.
