Considering the home was sold in January of 2024, I don't put much faith in this.
Anyways, the home is/was owned by a 64 yo, Joyce Rodriguez so at least the surname tracks.
She also may be into real estate (Sobrante Hills Realty) so there's the chance she owns it but is renting it out.
She has a possible relative named Michael A Rodriguez, age 39 who lives in Citrus Heights.

Follow-up: The phonebook I was given (attached) which is about two years old, claims that 1724 E Helmick St. Carson, CA is his alleged address. A quick lookup shows a Lorena Rodriguez living there so there's that. However, Jaiden Geyser is the name listed as being his.

Whatever blurb you're citing about Pedoboard is about a case from 2012. I seriously doubt the Pedo-Board being referenced by FF and the jarty in 2025 is the same one, or that a shared generic name has any bearing on if the new one is also a honeypot (and it certainly has no bearing on if SF is one). This argument is ridiculously tenuous.

A much better (though non-federal) honeypot argument, imo, comes from iFent, or someone else working with him under the @Niggler Antics account, posting UCS members' IP addresses in this thread while being an SF admin, as recently covered:

Also, looking back on all the promotion iFent / @Junglebeats493 was originally doing for UCS in this thread (prior to his still-seemingly-ongoing feud with them), it seems like iFent must be asshurt over UCS choosing Labubu Farms over him, and the FF/LF Pedo Civil War™, at least on iFent's end, was fueled entirely by a scorned-lover-esque urge for revenge against UCS for excluding him from their group :story:
