I called this back in February with Fred on SoK.

Since I've been right so far, I'm going to continue to mark it.

Within the next 3 months, phil will start announcing his plans to move back to Connecticut, to the condo that he has recently caught up payments on since has pulled off the market (can be confirmed on zillow). This will be due to 3 reason.

1. House is too expensive for just home alone

2. No real reason anymore for seattle (no machinima, no leanna, no family, no friends, no opportunity)

3. Depression from the house itself (it WILL have some sort of mental effect due to it being the house his only lover and him had together).

After this move, we will get classic condo phil again. This will lead to him attempting to rekindle his old friendships with people he left (I grantee that some will say yes others will tell him to fuck off).

After a couple months into the move and now his twitch has successfully replaced MOST of his lost income from YT (confirmed from excel spreadsheet data) he will suddenly notice a huge influx of saved cash, this'll be due to no house mortgage, no 2nd person in the house, no insane bills anymore (for the most part). This "rise" will give him the narcissistic ego boost he has missed and will lead to him finally doing a Hate Live where he blames all his shortcomings on the decisions LEANNA made. Figuratively speaking, throw her under a bus.

This'll lead to her coming to speak out about phils private life and the lulz will be had.



Also my theory on the car is this. If you look on his insurance, only the BMW is on the progressive insurance. Not the corolla. What if phil BOUGHT leanna the car as a "pls don't fuck me over on the internet" promise? She gets a free car and phil doesn't have leanna on the SoK sharing all the laundry. Thoughts?

I think most of us called this happening. Most people who are paying attention to Phil could see it coming especially those of us who arent narcs like Phil is. The fact Phil is saying he is happy about his life right now I hope Leanna drops a dime on him now. It just proves he didn't give on fuck about her she was just someone to roll over and lazily hump and have dinner and his clothes washed for.
I'm glad she left him she's so young and has her whole life in front of her and hopefully find her place in life. Phil on the other hand, which is all he will have now will be alone and in that house until he leaves to back to CT which he will and leave THIS townhome on the market still paying two mortgages until he can offload this place (which I think it will be a lot sooner than the CT place since it was tiny af)
His family (parents) will urge him to move back now if they havent by now. If he doesnt it just proves he was the reason they moved and used Leanna's soap buis as an excuse for it.

Looking back on that Leanna rant from a couple of pages back, it strikes me that the whole thing can be summed up by this: it is almost unfair now to damn Leanna for the things she said and did when she first became notable, because she has clearly grown and changed since then (maybe not into a beautiful, not annoying butterfly, but she has still grown and changed in positive ways.) It is fair to damn Phil for the things he said and did from years ago because he's only gotten worse.

He probably really is happy that the relationship is over because now he doesn't need to pretend like he's gonna marry her and he doesn't need to worry about her waking him up in the morning. He can wake up by himself just long enough to tweet that the stream will be late and then go back to sleep and be a lazy shit for even longer than usual.
