He has a new video in which he says A/X Growth is not here to give financial advice, but to secure employment in financial services.

Well, I'll have to take the L and apologize, apparently the cow read my posts as is covering his ass.

He hasn't taken a lick of advice yet so I have probably been over verbose with my explaining regs etc.

What Roy was doing was close to criminal, and any ween could have reached out to FINRA, SEC or law enforcement. A few bait emails more than enough a paper trail as the sites were already teetering.

Now to be fair this happened off site and scared him but, I do hope this wasn't due to my posts.

Roy lies a lot flat out, there's no more time to debate. I guess a good analogy was Roy was found guilty in absentia, he'd need an appeal not a "weighted" plea negotiation. If I was to apply this to much easier to explain criminal law.

Running a site where you have solicited investments while holding no series actually worse a suspension of your series (that will dissolve I'm sure) isn't a great way to get hired.

He plans to republish his "no integrity" about a company he's fake suing? The sheer arrogance of saying that would cause any judge to pull their hair out.

The suit will be public since it wouldn't be arbitration but civil suit. You can not stop us from seeing it. If we don't see it, it's not real.

Forgive me the edit timed out so I'm forced to double post for a fat man wheezing for two minutes lying about his history and career might be longer than expected. Wound up taking wife to a cover band on a whim last night.

First I'd like to amend my earlier post . Even if Roy had arbatrion offered it would not be with Vanguard. So he's misspeaking or just lying probably little of both. Vanguard fired him and had right to for any reason. You don't have to justify or mediate etc a justified termination. His arbitration would have been about his series and FINRA.

To recap the history and expand on the process, Roy was fired from Vanguard, forcefully terminated. So fired in its actual sense not just slang.

Roy was fired for a FINRA violation, this was his fake scam stock stuff. A/X growth. The violation he committed was OBA outside business activities. Violations of FINRA are sent to them by employer. While you are allowed to have side incomes gigs etc. You must report them to your employer and FINRA. This is something Roy has passed a test to be aware of, ignorance is both not an excuse it's also a lie on Roy's part. To expand how clear a lie this was from Roy if a trucker was stopped for driving drunk and said "I can't have a few beers at work?" He would also be a laughing stock

While I'm not with Vanguard (or am I?) usually during your hire in you fill out your OBA and it's easy. For example you repair fancy watches on the side and have an LLC they file it and pass it on all good. That's the last you'll hear of it unless your side gig covers HR stuff like your insurance is with them or something.

If it's fiscal, it's shot up to upper management. Clearly it's pants on head to hire someone who's competing with the corp. Some companies are more lax than others. You can do your friends taxes and be comptroller for example. Again this depends on corp.

If you start something or even plan to pre your LLC papers and SOC approval you need to file an OBA. You just ask HR they give you the paperwork. Roy has chosen, and I use the word chosen because he was taught told and tested on this not to.

A/X growth while a pipe dream and more so fever dream never came to fruition was a direct competitor to Vanguard. I can not claim how Vanguard would feel but Industy standard they would probably have a sit down and ask him to make a choice and offer to resign under good faith if he was to go with A/X. It's just too messy people are attached to brokers and if you were the most noble honest person plenty would go to "your" firm over their original. Roy is a rat fuck and would gladly poach he even stated he was planning to.

So we're off to a great start. Roy just reads his webpage. That's weird as it's literally on the screen.

He tells the same lie about his skills when every time his little stock game gets bad he nukes it. Listening to a Warren Buffett podcast doesn't make you an expert.

He says he wants to use this to get hired. This is absolutely hilarious. What this says to possible employers. "My plan make good stock money no one else thought of it"

This reminds me when I got my first ever quarter or something from a first savings account interest. Roy is closing on 50 I did this before I could shave.

Also if you want a job, why would you use an non-existent upstart firm as your sales pitch? I'd like to work for you but I have no experience and this is how I want to do it.

I really do wish he was more active but like I've said before being a fat ma he's just lazy.

He really is square one again begging an established firm just hand him the keys and shower him with praise.
