Unless the process was something along the lines of they were broken up already, he agreed she could stay in the house and they'd continue to split expenses until she found someplace better to stay, she gets rushed to the ER, Phil being uneducated about everything but in this case billing thinks that within 2-3 days he's going to have a $1,000 bill shooting in his mail slot, then he throws his unnecessary conniption.

Leanna made noises about leaving if Phil didn't propose

Phil proposed with a cheap ring in the most boring way possible (at home on the couch)

Phil made it obvious he wasn't actually going to marry her any time soon.

Leanna had a panic attack that sent her to the ER and Phil was a callous jerk the whole time and then blogged about it, giving out her personal medical details.

Somewhere in all that they broke up.

This confirms that Sammy is definitely a troll. Or a fanboy who likes to troll those who hate his master. He looks entirely different here when compared to that call out video. I assume the guy pictured might be his brother.

Possible. But maybe she closed it because she was getting stressed out because of Phil? Maybe she was going to give him the ultimatum but then the panic attack happened? Obviously the panic attack factored into the break up because the timing is highly suspicious.

Here's the thing with your hypothesis: let's say they agreed to break up before the panic attack. Okay, so they're going their separate ways. There's no way Phil would say "Oh yeah, let me keep paying your health insurance." No fucking way. It's possible that it wouldn't transition over until next month. I give you that. There's the theory that Leanna is under her mother's insurance. Of course there's a fat chance that a part time retail job would offer health insurance.

But yet during his vlahg he's bitching and moaning about the costs of this panic attack. If your ex had a panic attack and she's technically not your responsibility then why in the fuck would you instruct her co-workers/friends to not take her to a hospital because of the cost? It doesn't make any sense.

I think all signs point to the panic attack being the last straw.

It could be. The gap between the teeth is very similar to the individual in the video, and the nose is identical. Could conceivably be a younger brother.
Regardless, Sammy is a troll against the detractors. He's not really Phil's fan...but I don't see how he'd get enjoyment out of what he does because he's so bad at it, there's no reaction provoked.
