So the last time DSP plugged Leanna's shop was during the May 12th pre-stream, still called her his fiancee.

But for the May 16th pre-stream and onward there's no mention of Leanna/"mah fiancee" or the Black Currant shop.

I tried looking for the pre-stream for the Hate Live podcast on the 14th when the panic attack happened, to see if he plugged her shop and labelled her as his fiancee still then, but I couldn't find it. (not sure if there even was one, maybe somebody recorded it if so, don't feel like sifting through the entire hate live to see if he mentions Leanna during it before the EMERGENCY one)

So there was clearly something that happened between the 12th and the 16th that made Leanna "She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named", and I think we all know what it was.
 
Because it's against the rules for kiwis to thirst post. If BSV does it it's hilarious. If RandomFarmer420 does it it's just sad.

You think there are people here who are going to try to woo her with posts on KF?

Sorry, but a bunch of losers trying, and potentially succeeding to bag PandaLee is the absolute best case scenario here when it comes to milk from DSP.

Thanks. Between his two properties, he's paying about $5,600 in property taxes every fiscal year (7/1 through 6/30). Doesn't seem like King County or Stratford offer residential exemptions or anything.

Still, his place in Washington has appreciated pretty nicely, while his condo in CT is worth less than half of what he initially paid for it. If he sold both and moved back in with his parents I think he would wipe his debts and come out even. (Of course, I have no idea how large his mortgages are.)

It also must be taken into account the new vehicle purchase, the cost of moving all that way again, his apparently massive credit card debt, plus the two business loans...which we can only speculate how much those are as well as the rate he's at based on his awful credit rating.
I think clearing all his debt is a multidecade hurdle.

If it is BSV, which I doubt given some preliminary research into the possible connection, or some other individual looking to catfish then I would strongly recommend to allow the scheme to ride out and let this person get their hooks into Phil. No more saving him from potential catastrophe vis-a-vis the Laveria Media situation where he ended up saying fuck you to those who bailed him out anyway.
Let's see what this person can do...if they indeed are not genuine.

I'm not sure if there's a good resource to look this up state by state, in my area it's a sellers market right now. People are trying to buy homes before the interest rate goes any higher. To put it in perspective, we just sold our house in a day--listed Friday and sold Saturday--for 10k more than the asking price.

He'd be a fool to not consider seeing what it's like in Renton right now.
 
When people in this thread say "he would be stupid if" "he would be a fool if" "he is a moron if" Dont even give him that much credit just know he WILL always choose the stupidest option presented to him. Count on it. Phil is an idiot with a huge ego and he is also lazy, anything that is the least amount of work Phil will do. He will not leave this place he is in now or sell it because that would require work and effort. It's the smarter option but Phil's ego and his selfish pride are what keep him from doing what is correct and reasonable.
