That has the ruling in his case where he was idiotically suing in federal court to try to stop a state court from prosecuting him. I could easily write a brief on the specific issues here (Younger abstention duh) but the judge already did. The short of it is that you can't sue in federal court because you think, based on your own insanity, that a state isn't allowed to prosecute you criminally.
The ruling up front is from back in November.
Nobody seems to have uploaded the docket and I don't feel like bothering with a PACER search on it. It's a hopeless, doomed suit.
Now that Barber is a fugitive, there's another reason to throw out his lawsuit, a doctrine called fugitive disentitlement. It means you don't get to flout the law while simultaneously asking for relief from a court. They don't like that. He's fugitive from a state action and his own suit is federal, but he's suing that very state entity that is prosecuting him, while remaining unavailable to it.

Let me get this straight: Out of a sense he did nothing wrong he's going out of his way to defy the law and essentially troll them with vexatious litigation and demand things on his terms when he's a fugitive from justice and is from time to time posting incoherent babble that sounds like crap from a sovereign citizen with a concussion.

According to the /cow/ anon, his appeal was dismissed for being a fugitive and his federal case should soon be as well. He is reportedly living in foreclosed houses and doing day labor to survive.

I ought to drop this other picture into the thread.
It may be a more recent picture. I also notice the derp eye is less prominent, which means either he shopped this, or possibly the eye derps out more when he's under stress.
Also, the judge in his case ordered him to quit filing thousands of pages of gibberish and insanity.

A man who was convicted in a “revenge porn” case has been sentenced to two years in prison for failing to report for his original jail sentence.
Benjamin Jay Barber, 32, was sentenced in court Tuesday during a probation violation hearing.
Barber was originally convicted on charges of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image in November 2016.
Barber was sentenced to six months in jail, but he failed to report to jail in December and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He was caught in June after deputies followed up on a tip from the public to track him down in northeast Portland.
He was arrested on charges of probation violation.
Investigators said the initial case and conviction stemmed from Barber posting pornographic videos of himself and someone he was in a prior relationship with to multiple adult websites.
The videos were made with consent at the time, but the victim did not have knowledge or provide approval for them to be shared online, according to deputies.
Investigators said Barber’s conviction was believed to be the state’s first under Oregon’s unlawful dissemination of an intimate image statute.
