Better in relation to what, exactly? Better-fitting clothes? Better-looking overall now you don't have breasts? Because a masculinized chest is aesthetically better than a female one? Look better for who, exactly?

There are a multitude of solutions to all of these before a mastectomy, and I hate how the (Western) world has productized surgeries that people forget it's a surgery. So many young people are deluded into choosing the extreme option without considering literally every other option like diet/exercise, learning how to choose clothes that fit the way they like, etc. It's a convenient way to make it all go away so easily, isn't it?You want to feel better about your chest? Oh, "just" get "top surgery" like it's something I can get by popping to the store down the street.

But it's never about looking better, isn't it? It's about feeling better, for these people. We live in a world where women are made to feel terrible about their bodies, and in some cases, to the point of so much distress that they feel the need to escape it. None of these people are dysphoric because they want to be a man. They're dysphoric because they don't want to be women. If someone's reason to opt for such elective procedures with high complication rates and variable aesthetic outcomes (not to mention significantly altered tactile sensation) is because the thought of being perceived as a woman is terrifying them, then I suggest they look into the reasons why. No surgery will resolve that distress, and that is evident from the countless women in this thread remaining suicidal despite attaining every surgery they've desired.

And to answer your question more concisely - no, I don't think anyone can look "better" with a mastectomy, because I'm not an insane fucking person going around thinking "hm, this woman definitely needs a mastectomy". I don't think it's just augmentation. Unless you're a cancer patient or you're getting a reduction to relieve your back, nobody can convince me it's a sick and twisted way to capitalize off of women's bodies.

This makes no sense in three distinct ways. Are you mentally special?
  • The "just" is meaningless, it's what's properly known as "begging the question" aka assuming the truth of a conclusion. You're saying "the results of breast mutilation can sometimes be worth the damage, because breast mutilation is a minor surgery". This is false, breast mutilation is not a minor surgery.
  • Augmentation is addition. Silicone moob implants are augmentation, so is raw silicone, so is concrete. It does not logically follow that stuffing a random body part like a turkey would be safe or visually enhancing.
    • augmentation patients are males, no man looks better with tits
  • If you mean "troon silicone moobs is the same surgery you foids routinely get, why do you dislike/oppose it on men":
    • troons are men, these surgeries were developed for women and do not work on male anatomy
    • troons are men, no man looks better with tits
    • (just saiyan') SOMEHOW, even surgeries which exist in the non-troon version for the same sex (breast reduction for women vs tit chop for pooners) have worse results for the genderspecials.
