Here's a helpful detail for those trying to identify Vion. On his right leg assuming the footage isn’t mirrored he has visible scars or birthmarks. One is located in front of the ankle, another on the lower calf, and a third at mid-calf. These markings could serve to confirm a suspect's identity.

I'm no legal expert but are they seriously talking about the old animal crush bill from 1999 that was overturned? Is that somehow relevant to the law that's actually being used? I have no idea.

I don't know anything about the current law or whether the legislature cured its deficiencies, but I'm pretty sure the defense is leaning into a constitutional defense. Raising that other than as a formality at the trial court level to preserve it for appeal is an indicator that they believe that according to the statutory language and the set of facts they have, they do not anticipate winning at the trial court level.

This is also a wild guess, but I think they may be attempting a facial challenge. This means that the law is unconstitutional on its face and can't be applied at all, even against someone whose conduct is clearly not constitutionally protected itself. This is almost always a real Hail Mary.

Most of the utterly vile content this thread has been about is almost certainly not protected speech under the federal obscenity statute and could be constitutionally prosecuted under that statute as well. It is clearly directed at prurient sexual interests, specifically one of the most repulsive paraphilias imaginable, serves no artistic purpose, and while it's not directly relevant, requires the commission of what is a crime in almost any jurisdiction. The perps often solicit and pay for the crimes to be committed.

I would like to see some actual case law put a stake through the heart of these vermin's "it's not a fetish" defense.
 
The sentencing memorandum for Garrett FitzGerald of Scituate MA suggests a sentence of no less than 33 months. They mention that 5 other members of the group he was in have been charged. Although they don't state the name, that group was Million Tears
The other members were Ronald Paul Bedra, Kenneth Joseph Herrera, Robert Lawrence Berndt, Katrina Dawn Favret and Robert M. Craig.
Garrett apparently also went by Ratsmasher if anyone recognizes the name.

Seymour is being charged under a more specific revision of the 1999 law. The original law was struck down for being too “overbroad” so the 2010 revision added a clause to clarify that the prohibited content must be “obscene.”

I think the defense here is hoping that the current law as it stands today will face a similar constitutional challenge and have the same outcome as the original one.

I agree that they are leaning into some sort of constitutional defense or challenge because they are attacking the underlying statute itself.

While I agree that it sounds like a Hail Mary and that they don’t think they’ll win at the trial court level, in general everything done prior to and during a trial is done in preparation for a potential appeal. Sometimes both parties will throw the entire kitchen sink at the other side in order to lay a foundation for future arguments should they arise on appeal. I was actually surprised about this constitutional challenge when I saw she’s represented by a public defender... until I looked him up and saw he’s an evidence law professor. So that tracks. Lmao

These cases deadass never go to trial though. She’s prolly just gonna cave and take a plea deal like they all do lol

The VO goes to great lengths to ensure the monkey can’t make a sound. He is somewhere he does not own where he must not be heard. It looks like someone who traveled and booked a room specifically for this.

He wouldn't be the only one to keep posting despite orders to not have internet access, Patrick Naylor is still active on Instagram with a profile that says "fuck tha feds" and was doing other unsavory stuff. Tell them it´s an emergency because the cat´s can be tortured in a matter of days or hours. Tell them they need to force Paypal to give them the torturer´s personal info, as only Paypal has his personal info, and tell them Paypal refuses to alert the authorities about this crime that is taking place. Please report to the German or Dutch police. PayPal is refusing to give up his information despite the fact that there is proof that he has already tortured cats. There is a known link between animal cruelty and violence to humans, especially domestic violence and sexual assault. Who knows what else this guy is capable of? To any Germans here - is "Mohamad Aldous" a guy you want living around you and your wives, sisters, mothers, children, and pets?

I have posted multiple times to 4chan with links to my thread from different phones and keep getting banned for "banned text". What the hell is wrong them? Animal torturers don't deserve anonymity. Fucking trash.

If anyone here doesn't care about getting banned from 4chan, can you please post a link to this thread in international so Germans can see it.

UPDATE: OP has said that they deleted the original thread to protect the investigation. Hopefully they are working with the police now to locate the perpetrator.

Yet Null doesn't get to have a Paypal despite having no court orders against him. They're giving Cloudflare a run for their money with how much they knowingly support animal torture and do nothing about it, while dropping services to US-legal content.
