Several politically astroturfed subs are r/explainthejoke and r/peterexplainthejoke type subs.

People will usually post innocuous questions about jokes. Most of them can be pretty obvious. Some are subtle. The obvious ones are karma farmers. These subs serve a specific purpose. So you can probably guess what happens.

Gee, I wonder if this retard is only pretending to be retarded so he can try to farm karma? This isn't even the most egregious example. You think people would be mad about billions of taxpayer dollars going to fund terrorist groups in fucking Africa. Since most of reddit is already against Israel, I don't see the fucking difference. Stop sending billions in taxpayer dollars (fraudulently, or otherwise) to foreign entities that don't benefit the average person.

I'll do a more in depth look into this tomorrow. And by in depth look I mean take more than 2 screenshots because I'm a lazy fuck.

The only people who hate Reddit are browns and NPCs jumping on the bandwagon driven by said browns. Reddit is white and there's nothing anyone can do to change that.

The man has been running a weird Spaghettios based gimmick account on reddit for 2 years now. Definitely one of the more wild and dedicated ones I've seen.

At the end of the day, this is a vulgar gossip shock site, no one is truly beyond mocking the dead here. The key difference is that lefty/redditor jokes surrounding Charlie Kirk come from a place of genuine malice that kills any comedic value that could be derived. I'd like to shamelessly reference my own post on this in the immediate aftermath of Kirk's death:

Take Norm's classic 9/11 Airlines joke: it's a mix of deadpan delivery, absurdism, and misdirection. It's funny because it dances around the event itself and is loaded with very deliberate comedic timing.

Contrast this with lefty memes about Kirk's assassination. They just ooze resentment and venom; there's no tact or cleverness behind it. The core of the joke is not built on any observation, but instead just relishes the gruesomeness of the subject matter. It's important in comedy to not "show your hand" so easily, but basically every meme about Charlie's death nakedly reveals that behind all the irony, these people are filled with malice and spite. Despite the sperging ITT, no one really believes this event is beyond the use of gallows humor. It's just that everyone can see these people for what they are now. No matter how you dress it up, that spiritual blackness leaks through and will repulse anyone with a conscience.

Their funding terrorist groups has most likely brought more suffering and death onto brown people than a heckin nazi chud in the usa would in his entire lifetime but of course the redditor doesn't think of that (and probably doesn't care)

THis one in particular really gives your astroturfing theory credit. At no point was that Cuphead review meant as a joke, At no point did anyone think it was a joke. Dean Takahashi, who has a thread on this website, is INFAMOUS for how much he sucks at videogames, He wrote a entire review complaining about how hard Mass Effect 1 was back in '07 when it came out that baffled everyone, even the devs. BECAUSE THE FUCKING SLANT EYED NIGGER DID NOT AT ANY POINT LEVEL UP HIS CHARACTER OR SQUAD! HE NEVER REALIZED THERE WERE SKILLS TO LEVEL UP!

Years after his Cuphead review he went viral again for his gameplay of Doom Eternal, where he proceeded to play it like he had never touched a controler in his life or could not use the keyboard and mouse at the same time. Kinda like the infamous DOOM 2016 Kotaku review.

The only way you could look at a meme like this and not just google "cuphead IGN journalist" is if you are farming karma or deliberatly want to try and farm responses to muddle the waters and rewrite history.

The kind of people that are cowards, weak, pathetic, and their only way of fighting is ganging up to bully people who are not even looking for trouble in the first place. Its unironically how some leftists movements in Latin America have called themselves, because to them this kind of behaviour is a good thing, they will only use subterfuge and go after weak targets that can't fight back, in any other context they are scurrying away and calling themselves the victim and the oppressed.
