Shutting down the schools in Minneapolis seems to have been a prayer to get "angry youth" to show up to the protests. But they didn't. Maybe at best they were able to increase the numbers at the protests with teachers. But even that doesn't seem to have happened.
Yeah. Its winter there and its around 30 degrees. Protesting isn't much fun. Especially when the protest is happening in a parking lot in the middle of nowhere in front of a federal building. And also the looters and burners are just not going to get worked up over some rando white bitch dyke.
The other difference is that back in Floyd days, the riots happened because Walz in particular was a coward about dealing with it. He refused to deploy the national guard to stop things and let them get away with burning down a police station which was a signal to them that they could get away with anything.
The rumor is that a delegation of the most important people in the state had to finally go directly to Walz, treat him like the stupid child he is, and tell him in no uncertain terms to deploy the national guard. Which he then did which ended the situation.
Many people back then outside of Minnesota didn't really fully understand just how useless Tim Walz was. The 2024 campaign the recent state scandals have now educated far more people to just how bad he is.
The local villagers in Minneapolis want the state or county or city to charge the fed. But its not really in their interests to do so. This may be the story they use to satisfy the villagers as to why they don't bring charges against the officer.

hate the types of people present at these protests, but it doesn't change this fact, i agree. i dont think she was inherently trying to drive 60mph and mow people down. she was originally trying to wave the ice officer through then got panicked when they were trying to stop her then tried to drive away. feds shooting her was not the correct thing to do. its beyond retarded
The 20 person daycares they receive $15.8 million per month from the government to run are only open between 3:37 and 4:42 AM, so that leaves plenty of time during the day.
