I took a screenshot and verified it being the address of photos that were taken on his X photo out the window tweet:

I initially didn't want to believe this. I mean how funny would it be that JF would be phonebooked in the Kino Casino chat? But the more I look into it, the more it looks legit.

First, the kick account. It is not JFG tonight like most of his other socials are called, but it uses the same profile pics and all his links are in the bio. Including the crypto addresses. If it is a fake it is a convincing one.

The streetview shows the same big tree and small tree than his winter pic, and the pic he took from his window with the Ritz crackers.. On top of the matching power lines that @Sarah J Connor pointed at.



The "roof repair" video shows a lot of similarities than the streetview. Same roof, chimney in the same spot.
1-Same bushes
2-Same red fencing stuff.
3-Sign in the same location.





And my favourite, streetview pic was taken in May 2024 and the house is for sale. Right around when JF would have bought.



I was trying to find the listing on realtor.ca but since it was sold over a year ago you need a realtor account to see it. However, the neighbour at 118 2 ave W is currently up for sale and I had a look since the houses look similar and are probably still original from when the subdivision was built.

They also have the same kitchen cabinets.



And from the outside pics you can see a minivan parked in what would be JF's driveway. Do we know what colour JF's minivan is?



If this is true, and so far all signs point to yes, this is the funniest shit I have seen in a long ass time.

On its own this isn't a confirmation, as any geoguessr player will tell you the same type of power poles are likely common throughout the entire province so it's possible this is just a lucky line-up.

Spoiler: Mound of dirt, tree, and bush

The street view image is a bit to the right of JF's picture but you can see that the 3 objects line-up and that the pile of wood in the street view has since decayed into the mound of dirt in JF's pic. The arrangement of the tree's major branches even matches. This is essentially a confirmation that this is JF's address, you don't get an arrangement of distinctive features like that by coincidence.

As icing on the cake, the street view imagery from May 2024 shows a "For Sale" sign out front. I don't recall exactly when JF moved but I think this matches.

Clearly built at the same time by the same builder as the layouts and materials are nearly identical. Guessing JF's place needed a lot more work as suggested by the frequent electrical issues per @lambdadan's post.

The listing states that it has a long-term tenant. Given that the shithole middle-of-nowhere hamlet he lives in has a minuscule (and declining) population of less than 100 people, my guess is the value comes in the relatively safe rental income of the property. If not for having a long-term tenant in place guaranteeing that the property generates revenue, it’d likely be just as worthless. If it’s some Canadian pensioner who has lived there for ages and is gonna live there for the rest of their life, you’re basically just paying a premium to buy a large share of that person’s pension. Nobody has a reason to move there, the population is declining (from 134 in 2011, to 111 in 2016, to under 100 in 2021 given it was reclassified from a village to a hamlet), and so the higher price comes from it probably being the only safe rental income opportunity in the area. And who knows if anyone will even pay the listing price for the property, but in my opinion, the long-term tenant is why it’s listed so much higher.

Many middle class people grew up in single-story adorable white boxes that could be as small as 450 square feet. It works fine and the country that gave us the Devil's Brigade actually had some very practical, mentally strong, independence-focused people and customs until cable TV from the USA brain poisoned the whole place into doormattery in the late 80s.

The house I grew up in was 900-ish square feet; my current home is only a bit larger and is more than enough space for me and my family. I am extremely in favor of smaller homes.

This depressing, outdated linoleum shack in the middle of windswept Albertan nothingness, however, is neither adorable nor acceptable.

That house is a fucking dump. Aside from the fact its small as fuck (can you imagine trying to squeeze JF, some woman and several kids into that place? Yikes) The front door opens directly into the living room so thats going to be a cold spot in the winter when its closed, let alone if anybody uses it. Alberta winters can be cold as fuck at times so thats a big red flag for buying a house there, or at least it should be. Also I can say from personal experience - back in the 90s I lived in a house in BC that had identical carpet to the stuff thats in that house, that the very first thing i'd do is rip that carpet right the fuck out and have everything as a hardwood floor. That particular carpet soaks up the smallest bit of dampness or water like a sponge and was very prone to mildew and rot. Its garbage carpet. Having multiple kids there? Yeah its going to get wet from them spilling drinks or whatever on it and its going to absolutely reek before long. Though considering what we know of JF I can see him not bothering to do anything about it. I mean look how he lived in the other house

That said, those basement windows aren't very insulated either, i'd have those things covered up with styrofoam or insulation and boarded over or its going to get cold as fuck down there. Not a bedroom I would want to be in if its in the basement. I wouldn't even consider putting kids down there, thats asking for winter colds, flus and the like. Guaranteed that basement is cold and damp as fuck in the winter

As for the rest of the house, its such a weird layout. It almost looks like a house that was designed to look like a doublewide trailer inside. But yeah, at that price he got fucking ripped off big time. and again no way in hell I would want to be living in that dump in an alberta winter

Even if you want to do a crash diet, there's a lot better ways to do it rather than doing the retarded teen girl route of just not eating. VLCD diets are easy enough to start with and those shakes aren't expensive.

This is viable short-term but not sustainable for 4 months. If you take electrolyte supplements you can go without food for 40 days, though you'll be weak and constantly fatigued. I'm guessing the Dapagliflozin and gatorade are in lieu of a proper electrolyte supplement (stupid). Doing this kind of diet with no protein will degrade your muscles too and make the rebound worse once you inevitably stop. The claim that he lost 50lb in 4 months is technically possible, 3lb/wk is attainable on a VLCD but I doubt he actually did it.

A crash diet like that will kick you into starvation mode and make you store everything you eat as fat.

This is a myth. If all the energy from your food was stored as fat you would simply die, think about it for a second.
