I think it's diabetes. Weight loss drugs aren't cheap. He doesn't exercise and he still gorges himself on fast food and candy. Plus all the sodas he drinks wouldn't help his weight loss even with something like ozempic. It'd slow down the weight loss and exacerbate the side effects.

Yeah it just doesn't make sense. Even if nova was on 600 or 1000 cal per day he wouldn't lose weight fast enough, and every food review he does greatly exceeds those numbers so it's just impossible

From what I remember, Gabe did a physical breaking down his bmi, muscle mass, height etc. I believe he is 5’7-5’8.
