Here's a theory I have: Nick did this on purpose because he noticed how popular he was getting and was starting to get freaked out by the idea of leading a genuine political movement. So he decided to intentionally shoot himself in the foot and sabotage his own movement so that he can go back to being an edgelord podcaster. That's the only possible explanation for why he'd say a creepy fucked involved in sex trafficking of underage girls was "cool as fuck."
