I would guess Lerix would have known because Kai was spit roasting herself out to both him and Tom at that time. she probably wanted to age play with Lerix and told him she did it with Tom when Lerix questioned her about it.

If Lerix was against the idea (or maybe he was into it who knows given his association with loli con) and Kai went back to fucking Tom exclusively for awhile I could understand Lerix being mad and telling Aiden.

Now that Kai has been back with Lerix for awhile it looks like he could have fallen in line and become a simp to her age play sexual degeneracy but its in reverse now. Hes the one that likes to be the little girl and Kai doms him.

I watched earlier in the stream and Kuhiman confirms that Aiden had told other people about Kai being into age play before Tom's allegations and Kuhiman himself had heard this about Kai too.

Kuhiman said that Kai has stated she wants to start a live streaming career soon so that could bring interesting context with all the circumstances surrounding her.

Ill archive Kuhimans whole stream on this when its over.
