I play all the instruments on every song...except one..I have a drummer on one demo...Under the Sky it was called....I had a bassist on EMU....but other than this and The RIDING.....I played all the guitars on every song...and all the drums...bass.....piano...all the arrangements of horns...percussion..organs...I play acoustic bamboo flute....I have had very minimal help....I should redo EMU...his bass was off tune...and I was off too...it was one of my first demos....I do not have to prove myself in a world that is soo genetically screwed that the only thing that they want to talk about is how old people are and how aged and haggard I look...

It is a very classical piece of music. It is modern classical music. It has some elements of rock in it...but it is not folky or hippy....Joy is Yellow is not hippy music....it is just modern music....quality....it is not LSD music but you could say it is hippy music if you want to.....
I am a jazz musician...I write real jazz and play it on my channel..that is far from a hippy genre....I also sing French classical music on my channel...that is not consider hippy music...

I agree, I think Joy of Yellow is very modern in its composition. While hippy music is all sitars and anger, Joy makes me feel joy.
