Why the hell would put up with this sort of totalitarian bullshit? If someone came up to me and said I wasn't allowed to enjoy the books, music, games I enjoy because they're "problematic" I'd tell them to fuck off before I did something problematic to their ass with my foot. Even people in prison are allowed to enjoy things, who would willingly choose to live this way?
