I just wanted to follow up on this because I've been trying to find a source which confirms is application to reinstate his PR has been declined and this article is the closest I can find.

Tangentially, Netflix thought it would be cute to counter Heated Rivalry with a drama that far too closely resembles the Humboldt tragedy and of course, the families are understandably livid for obvious reasons. But this caught my attention:

I still remember when this happened and while it wasn't popular to be outspoken about this at the time, it infuriated me to watch him game the system. He truly thought if he pleaded guilty and knocked his wife up to create an defacto anchor baby, all would be fine and he could circumnavigate our auto deportation laws via taking advantage of our goodwill.

Surprise surprise my guy. Your wife is a nurse, she will have a job back home and surely you'll be trusted to return to your previous position as an accountant (according to him).

I'm not an expert when it comes to whether our gov publishes results/findings for these types of hearings, so if anyone knows more, I'd be interested to read it.

The most recent sources I see for his order of deportation are from 2024, and he's been trying to appeal it because he has a retarded baby with heart conditions

He was ordered to serve 8 years in prison, but served only 3.5 before getting out on parole

For everyone in this thread still simping for Sikhs, they are the ones mostly responsible for the horrific trucking accidents and are 95% of the Indian truckers you have to deal with on the roads in North America. They are nothing short of a blight.

Thailand just needs to do like what the Iranians did to the Egyptians fucking over their people, women and country after they got back from the war.

A closed casket special just for Jeets. Which would send the message that they're not wanted. Whether or not they get that far is the mystery here.

It's frankly the only solution to the jeet problem. Anything less leaves globohomo able to get back into power to mass import them.

It's been mentioned before, Sikhs got a lot of good PR early on for loyalty and military service in the British Army, which lasted long enough that they could sort of use it as cover when moving into other countries. They also had a lot of good will for being charitable and community-minded, and aware that they were a guest minority in a foreign land. All the sikhs that could have applied to are long dead and now you get the retarded truckers, and we get the "respec my turban!!" grifters, who forced a change in the 200 year-old ceremonial uniform of the grenadiers so they could be more "accommodated".

That would be the best message, and quite frankly, I could see Thailand having a "cause" for this. Not being "strangled" enough to pull this off (meaning, there doesn't seem to be a proper "oh you cannot do this!!1111" movement taking hold against the government).

Interesting. My kid was just in Pattaya and mentioned nothing about Indians - though I think they did not stay in the busiest area, and def not Little India. I'd ask about it, except then I'd get a snappy retort to get off the internet and not ask weird questions that sound racist.:cringe: Can't even be interested in anthropology anymore without getting a side-eye.

Also that guy really smirked his way past the "men surrounding a working girl and negotiating a group rate" thing.
