Nova is a manlet lard lord but hes young and his joints are probably still "okay" and that is a fantastic time to begin resistance training, you can exert much more force when you're well fed, weak and fat instead of weak and skinny if that makes any sense, once he gets some muscle hidden away it'll help his metabolic rate a little bit and he'll find losing weight easier
But Nova won't bother to learn because he's lazy and even if he does go through with it he'll quit the next morning when he wakes up sore and miserable and he'll go back to grooming minors and languishing in bed

In his defense, the water in the area is hard as fuck and tastes terrible, even filtered. Believe me, I have tried to drink it long term and can't. That said, I buy the el cheapo stuff from the grocery store, not 711 water.

To add to that, Idaho is cutting state health insurance due to budget shortfalls and reevaluating who they insure. So if he does have it through his mom, which he can get till 26 as long as he is a dependent, he may lose it soon as a result of changes.

Keeping up with Nova lately I am personally leaning toward him purging or taking Ozy to keep his weight down, since there's no way in hell with him eating fast food so much and also never exercising he's losing the weight naturally, even if he claims to be eating 1 meal a day (Which sounds thoroughly unhealthy), the amount of calories in an American fast food meal (Especially the sizes he orders in) usually still blow past your daily calories..

I wouldn't be at all shocked if he realised Kiwi/Smokey/Saturated (etc) all were mocking him for how fat he was in November/December so he's doing something hellishly extreme to cheat his weight loss in the past few months, ultimately to my knowledge doing such things always wraps around to bite you in the fucking ass so he's playing havoc with his body just to "Own the trollz" for maybe 5 minutes.

I did also hear that clip people claim is him kicking his dog and IDK, as much as I dislike Gage I don't think he did, I think he stomped his foot to get the dog's attention, but it's not an ideal way to train or really get attention from a dog and can cause them to become scared/upset. You're always better off with clear verbal commands but Gage is such a pussy I doubt he can make his voice masculine and clear enough to get the dog to stop.

I only lean towards purging because the fat shots (Olympic and mounjaro are the two main variants, and they are different) will make you puke if you eat something too big, and too fast. Effectively still purging, even if he didn't mean to.

I don't think he's doing OMAD, because it requires not eating, and nova is lazy.
 
Diabetes is still the most plausible answer. I doubt someone who can't even force themselves to shower can make themselves puke 3x a day
