I am unsure if I believe he's been purging, we might know down the line due to the condition of his teeth (As purging fucks up your teeth real bad, even if you're maintaining good oral hygiene) and I don't subscribe to OMAD simply because he has no willpower. I feel if he was putting himself through OMAD he'd be whinging and bitching publicly about how much pain he would be in, since going from however much he used to eat to a single meal would cause his stomach to give him hell, I remember working so much I was on 1 meal a day and I'm not packing tons of food away, I was in so much pain I did genuinely feel sick a few times which was only alleviated by eating something.
With Purging, I believe 100% he'd be talking about it publicly as well, despite it being a "Cheat" way to lose weight, he'd be trying to garner sympathy by complaining to his audience about how "Dem mean trollz made me resort to purging to make me feel less sub conscious about my weight!", as we've seen Gage likes to play the victim card and that... would count as quite the doozy, not saying I think it'd work to any fashion (As I imagine people would think he's lying at this point), but it's something I would expect someone to put themselves through just to, in their mind, raise a personal army against their detractors.
It's really hard to work out what's going on. Hell, for all we know he might've contracted a tape worm (or given himself one) and that's how he's doing it.

Now, I am super ignut about Diabetes, but to my knowledge if you get Diabetes and continue eating like he does, you don't lose weight, you just make the condition way worse.
 
I'm on team untreated diabetes. If he were throwing up for this long his teeth would be in Cyraxx's league with the rot and decay from the acid eroding them on top of already not brushing.
The symptoms seem pretty textbook. Bad skin, sores that don't heal, limb pain, numbness. Plus lets all be honest he's far too lazy and low inhibition to ever commit to something so extreme like starvemaxxing or becoming anorexic. Plus he's so fucking broke he can't even afford Chinese counterfeit GLP-1s
 

Genuinely has to be one of the most insulting gameplay videos I've ever watched.
  • His audio from his TV is coming in through his mic, making everything have an echo
  • He literally crashes within the first five seconds of being given control of the car
  • He complains that he can't drift in an F1 car
  • He skips literally every single tutorial and then complains that he doesn't know what he's doing
  • He whines and mocks when he can't skip a cutscene (I don't care about EA or racing games but for my first time playing I'd probably want to watch the story to see what the game's about, maybe just fucking enjoy what the dev team put together for my entertainment)
  • He ends up playing like less than 5 minutes of actual gameplay, most of that not being able to follow the damn line on the screen that shows him where he should center his car to make a turn
  • He ragequits upon finally realizing he can't drift in this game
I never thought I'd see a worse racer than Cyraxx. At least the reason he's bad is because he sucks while trying to DO something. Nova just sucks because he doesn't even try to play the game. Genuine "Cuphead tutorial level" critic right here.

It's definitely gotta be some mix of things and not just attention span. My best guess is
  1. bad attention skills (why he drops any new thing he does when he messes up one time)
  2. ego-driven expertise (belief he already knows what to do, which is why he's impatient)
  3. inability to differentiate critique from attacks
  4. inability to recognize faults until it's too late (aka the "I don't think that's how that works" instinct humans have in order to avoid repeating mistakes)

Undisciplined, lazy, no hygiene, far too much sedentary to endure an actual shift... If there's one thing you're gonna go through it's CRITICISM. And more than often, especially in busy restaurants, it will come in a harsh tone. It's for thick skinned people only

Don't really know why this dumbass insist on it, i think it's just him being fat. And it's not even proper food, he wants to work with trash junk food, and even so he doesn't have the palate to describe the food he's reviewing. Even though it's junk food, you should be able to convey an image. Nova is Walmart greeter material, and that's it
