To be fair the only noteworthy thing is that they didn't dismiss the case on the grounds that a video being publicly accessible means it is free to download or rip. Don't get me wrong, I don't have any confidence either, but that's a pretty weak argument. What drew my attention was that there's no mention about "proper" ways of downloading like via YT Premium which would completely nullify the argument, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
 
It's actually astounding how bad Phil is at monetising attention. Apparently political stuff is banned from LiveStreamFails and Phil has essentially become the mascot there. It's hundreds of thousands of views, comments, etc. Since it's redditors you'd think he'd land at least one whale from this, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Instead it seems like Phil is ridiculed by a much bigger audience.

2020 was the year everything changed, Phil won his bankruptcy and entered a new, positive era of never ending success with the vest streak.
 
He's going to be extremely boring today. The DSP classic strategy of burying his head in the sand and pretending everything is great, ackshually, to spite the extra attention on him.

But as always, rest assured that things are simmering just under the surface and will boil over eventually!

Edit: Also, does the "Anon" 50 dollar tipper sound like Gametrekker to anyone else when he reads out their messages? Today he also said "someone" had sent him his stats from SF6 yesterday, which is very Gametrekker.

As always, money is the most important thing in his life second only to his ego. He will not make money if it requires any humility or enduring being laughed at.

I fucking knew it. I KNEW Khet wasn't gonna make snacks. I said that Khet making food is the best glimpse we get into her status and lo and behold! She's not making food anymore he's just gonna order it! What a shock!



Also he's been drinking this morning in case that isn't obvious.

eta - the video isn't working on my end, it uploaded without problem and it plays on my PC so I assume it's the new servers hopefully y'all can see it

Video is not working, but i'll probably be back later.

We know there is going to be nothing but Door Dash an Aamzon orders for at least two weeks. Conspicuous consooming is how Phil soothes himself.

1. Kat doesn't like horror movies
2. It's way too expensive
3. He works way too much to go to the theater and wants to watch it when he has free time

You spelled "is afraid to leave the house" wrong. I will say, think this is one of the better confirmations we've gotten that he's not leaving the house (if you needed confirmation).
 
He has not even started playing Dragon Quest VII Re(e)imagined yet, but he's guilt-tripping hardcore and the playthrough is on thin ice already:

It wouldn't be as bad if DSP didn't say recently that Asmongold wasn't going to bring him up on his show ever again. In DSP's mind all he had to do was wait and the next thing he heard from Asmongold would be an invite to his podcast. Which still might happen, I guess. Stranger things have happened.

He is so nervous about this doing well. I think he's botting 150 instead of the typical 100 and he skipped the after-podcast Hogan break so that he wouldn't lose viewers. I love when we get little insights like that proving he does understand to some extent what he's doing wrong, he's just a lazy selfish sack of shit so he doesn't want to change it.
 
Video uploads aren't working well for me with the server update but I'm still gonna try because this is funny.
