Hi, new here and finally decided to join after ghosting this thread since the Rival Introduction Video leaks.
This is my story, I hope it won't be boring.
I never really had anything to say before now, so I just read this thread for the LOLs without participating. But then I started to read rumors about Yanderedev being homophobic, but I thought there were not proofs (or, more likely, I accidentally skipped them ahah. I admit I haven't read this thread 100%) so I joined Yandere Simulator's subreddit to troll around and find informations. I had a discussion with the Dev about homosexual people (I will leave the links below) and wanted to share with you everything that he told me:

After my reply, he stopped answering. Recently, I wrote another post, expressing my worries about his statements:

I was surrounded by hate-storm (I'm not a native english-speaker, I'm not sure this word exists ahah) and read a lot of absurd things (LGBT fans calling themselves "wrong", kids believing that fetish means buying used panties etc).
I decided to personally mail the dev, below you'll find both the mail and the answer:

So, after all that, I think yanderedev DOES have prejudices agains LGBT people but he's not dumb enough to openly say "GAYS ARE WRONG DUH! LESBIAN HOT!". Or, at least, I haven't found the right screenshot .
I don't think my story is special or anything, but before completely giving up Yandere Simulator, I had to share it with the world. If you had the patience to read it all, I want to thank you

Alex mah dude, if someone is gay, their sexual organs aren't "broken", they simply chose not to reproduce. And even then, there is always the option of artificial insemination for women, or gay dudes who go so far to pay surrogate mother to birth a child. This comparison is long and stupid.



Those are actual medicinal/biological problems that have severe impact on people's lives, being gay is not one of them. The way he casually says "Some people have skin deseases, other people are gay" is surreal.

I decided to join because i can't hold myself any longer.I finished reading the whole 200 pages of this thread.
Anyway,i've been following yansim for almost a year.I don't give a shit to the developer since i only care about the game only (yeah y'know the concept is really interesting yada yada yada) I also love watching fan videos at youtube and i accidentally stumbled upon a comment that led me to this thread and guess what?Like everyone else here i'm very disappointed...

Yandere Sim is a game where you use pictures of under age girls panties for currency the tugboat has sailed across the globe and back on the game being 'tasteful'.

I'm pretty sure Magellan's ship circumnavigating the globe is a more accurate comparison. Shit keeps going wrong and it totally isn't the captain's (Yandev's) fault. The reality is nothing like the vision, there's false alarms on the goals being completed, and if it ever does make it to the end, yandev certainly isn't going to be a part of it anymore.

Those were so much better, you can actually tell something about the characters from their looks and expressions. In the "official art" the characters look like your typical hentai waifu but with a different colour scheme.
Gotta say though, no matter how good this is, the socks on the theatre girl are unforgivably ugly.
