From what I can tell, I do not believe Imogenbump to be Bumpy Gaming/Ethan. Both are obsessed with the same old TV show that has a main character named Bump, that's why they have usernames that are similar.
For one, there are images of Imogen on his tinybiskitty account (including pictures of his tits which I am not posting here).
This doesn't match the old stream clip from 5 years ago of Ethan in your post. Once more, they live on different sides of the planet. Ethan lives in NY, Imogen lives in the UK.

The only three similarities I can see from these two, are their voices, interest in this random 30 year old show, and usernames that both use "bump" because of said show. Their hobbies and interests outside of the show are different, their locations are different, their identities are entirely different, and they have entirely different faces. Imogen has posted his face on his old account like 6 separate times.
Unless you have solid proof that they are the same person, and have an explanation for the UK Xitter location and app store, I don't believe these are the same person, and that this is a pretty egregious faildox. I'm willing to be proven wrong, and hope you can, because Ruben already said that this person has "major predator vibes" over potentially false info.
