I'm German as I stated in Mikemikev's thread. Though my family was against the whole Nazi ideal. I am however exactly what they wanted in the "perfect human" tall, blonde hair (least used to have blonde hair) and green eyed (they preferred blue, but green was just as good).

He would have already been institutionalised for showing an extreme aggression towards personnel and even acting on it. You can fuck around here as long as you want but threaten a medical state employee and you're entering a world of hurt. Besides, no psychiatrist in Germany would give you drugs without sending you to a hospital. Too dangerous, especially in the case of drug addiction.

This isn't what makes people fat. Losing weight and being healthy is as simple as working out and eating sensibly. The "starvation effect" was debunked as pseudoscience back in the 1990s.

Instead of eating the sides, start eating: lean meats like chicken and fish, leafy greens like kale and watercress, whole grains like brown rice and quinoa, and only treat yourself with the occasional unsweetened fruit or plain yogurt with a handful of blueberries.

Instead of staying indoors for hours on end and writing endless diatribes about nothing, start: going outside and take a light 30 minute jog with some stretching afterwards, doing yoga, light weightlifting.

You're fat not because of a buildup of hormones, but because you eat poorly and in excess and because you've likely never worked out in your entire life.
