the GOP controls everything else in Ohio, the governor won't be able to do anything without their support. It's not anything at all like Virginia. In Kentucky we have a far left democrat governor and he can't do a damn thing to change the states laws without the GOP which controls all the other offices.

Except it wont. Ohio has inching to the right for 20 years. It, like Florida used to be a swing state but is now not. In Virginia the opposite happened. VA has been inching left for 20 years. the last time VA voted GOP was 2004.
