PAWTUCKET, R.I. (AP) — Three people, including the suspect, were fatally shot during a Rhode Island youth hockey game Monday, authorities said.

Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves told reporters that three other victims are hospitalized in critical condition.

“It appears that this was a targeted event, that it may be a family dispute,” she said. Goncalves did not provide details about the suspect or the ages of those who were killed, though she said it appeared that both victims were adults.

Authorities were continuing to try to piece together what happened and speak with witnesses, she said.

The shooting happened at Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, a few miles outside Providence.

Outside the arena, tearful families and high school hockey players still in uniform could be seen hugging before they boarded a bus to leave the area. Roads surrounding the arena were shut down as a heavy police presence remained and helicopters flew overhead.

Pawtucket is nestled just north of Providence and right under the Massachusetts state border. A town of just under 80,000, Pawtucket had up until recently been known as the home to Hasbro’s headquarters.

A tranny that looks like a fucking caveman with SS tattoos and was a groyper was the shooter. I guess the motives on why it happened will always remain a mystery, at least according to the media.

But hey, at least they are honest enough to release who did it in record time, which is less that we can say about Canada with the recent tranny shooting. :lossmanjack:

The shooting happened at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena on Andrew D. Ferland Way during a high school hockey game just before 3 p.m. Monday. Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves said the suspect was among the three people who died in the shooting. Three others were wounded in the shooting.

Goncalves said police believe the suspect’s gunshot wound was self-inflicted.

"He has mental health issues," said the woman who said the shooter was her father.

She went on to say that he struggled with his mental health for some time and was, "very sick," although she did not provide specific details.

As she walked toward a pickup truck parked across from the police department, the woman said she did not know who was killed but that she was going to the hospital next.

Hockey players and their families were brought to the police department by bus amid the investigation. Some of the players were still wearing uniforms, and parents were carrying flowers intended as gifts for one of the teams' senior night celebrations.

Think I nailed it. Wife divorced this freak troon when he decided to "come out" and he decided to off the family once his artificial hormone-induced mood swings and psychosis pushed him over the edge.

Why we allow people who are literally mentally ill to own firearms is mystifying to me.

At this point, thankfully I rarely see any men in dresses really around where I am, but if I do my hand is going to down resting on near my belt on the right side.
